LEARN AFRICA is going to 20

Zero debt and new curriculum.. I watched their last AGM and if they achieve their goals.. they will have 1naira dividend however I discount it by 50%… so 0.50k is possible… Management has also increased their holdings.

I’m not marketing this. DYOR
I mentioned it here… I saw this coming. The leadership of LearnAfrca is visionary. That’s by the way.

Once I buy my last tranche of what I’m currently buying now. I will give you reasons why you need to buy it (it has been mentioned here severally). No more kalo kalo 😀for 2026

Good evening all. I have two brokage accounts A & B. I domiciled my WEMA shares with broker A, and some time ago the company decided to do a share reconstruction. This made my holding to reduce. Just after the share reconstruction, the tasere WEMA shares disappeared fro. my portfolio. But, still receive receive WEMA bank dividend any time they pay. Both my stockbrokers A & B don't have any records of my WEMA bank shares as reflected in the CSCS statement they have sent at different time.

The genetic surgery or re-engineering had been going on since early this year.
The new Japaul is scheduled to emerge from the theater this May.
The anticipation of that is why you're seeing the activity on the floor.

The genetic modification is to attach Gold to Japaul creating JapaulGold.
If properly done the new entity will not stop at 10 like you opined but I'm projecting above 20.

This May is make or break and I hope the Japaulian engineers are viewing this post to make sure they don't fail.

You think so? Otedola is buying $100m of the IPO because of the limited value or stake being offered to the public by Alhaji..
He is still coming to mop up more shares on the floor after listing. These are the people that will drive the price up.

Refunds currently dropping for those who applied for more RI than they qualified for.

* US$2.5 billion underwriting in a US$4 billion syndicated refinancing (2026)
* Earlier US$1.35 billion financing facility (2025).

2. Access Bank
* Co–Mandated Lead Arranger in the major US$4 billion refinancing syndication with Afreximbank.
* One of the biggest Nigerian banking participants.

3. First Bank of Nigeria
* One of the key early Nigerian lenders to the refinery project through consortium financing.
* Participated heavily in local-currency and syndicated facilities tied to construction phases.

4. United Bank for Africa
* Major Nigerian lender involved in syndicated project financing and working-capital support.

5. Zenith Bank
* One of the leading domestic banks financing the refinery during development and commissioning stages.

6. Guaranty Trust Bank

7. Stanbic IBTC Bank
* Involved in debt-market and structured financing support around Dangote entities.

8. Standard Chartered
* International banking participant in parts of the refinery financing structure and trade-finance support.

9. Deutsche Bank
* Reportedly participated in international financing/trade arrangements connected to the refinery.
