Would this new proposed acquisition be by cash transactions or by shares exchange?

The problem I have is that I follow a religion that forbids me to chase stocks when they are rallying. In fact in my religion buying stocks that are consolidating is the key to heaven. The longer the consolidation period the better your plot in heaven.

If everything else remains static then I can wait 10 years but if other stocks become cheaper then I will moved my capital to where i believe it will get there most return.

Right now Access Bank is the cheapest stock on the exchange ( Based on publicly available information). Off that changes tomorrow I change accordingly

Just 600k Nigerians are active in the market in total, I believe. It's sad because they are leaving a lot of wealth on the table. By the way, until around 2023, there were only about 300k active participants in the market. Na them Bamboo add like 300k in the last two years.
