My experience.
Have been talking to this girl,smart and all.
But I think she pedestalises herself so much and think every other person is beneath her.
A young girl for that matter ooo(early twenties).
Work a federal government job(no offense to civil servants),still lives with her mom who is also a civil servant,so I mean it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this one is still trying to figure life out.
But you need to see how this girl refer to people she thinks is beneath her.
Riff-raff,stupid,this and that...And honestly I find it hard to differentiate she and the people she looks down on.
And has a very dark mind too,like really dark,warped and weird.
Omo I gats commot body oo,I think the mom struggled so much to cater for her ,went through it,developed some bitterness on the way and vomited it in her and she swallowed hook,line and sinker.
Sad situation and this girl is pretty and has a good head on her shoulders,trauma just no want leave am.

I know and I observe these things and bail at the slightest sign.
I can't be with anyone I'd have to walk on eggshells with for life.

We Africans are our own problem... We tend to worship those people who we either consider to be financially comfortable or successful... We'd put them on a pedestal and that alone would breed room for arrogance in them... They'll start feeling like everyone is beneath them and looking down on those who are still struggling to make ends meet.

You'd even hear these unemployed ones addressing you by your profession, which I find to be really annoying... I sometimes have to lie about my area of expertise in order to just fit in, especially when I go to my village for an event or something because even though I'm an introvert, I like socialising with other people whenever I go to family events regardless of their age or occupation status.

Some would even try to speak to me in English and you can hear that the English is broken, I'd be like, "mara ke bolela Sepedi go swana le wena"...😂😂😂... Africans need to drop this mentality of always seeing the need to hype the working class Africans because you'll only bring out the worst in those people and start getting offended when they look down on you.

Shed more light on the treasury bills and mutual funds , some of us have the funds but we don't know how to double it with business.

U know that kind of risk that after taking it,u will just whisper to yourself that, if I perish I perish .

Some years back,I had about 7 plots of land in Abuja and two shops,today I have only one plot of land.
In 2021,I bought a land in Fo1 Abuja for 5m naira,I sold it last year for #16.5million.

In 2021,I bought two shops for 2million and sold the two for 17m naira around February 2026.

I bought another land at F14 in Abuja around April 2022 for 10.5m,it is currently going for 35m...this one I won't sell it and I have been contacted for it,I refused because I want to use it to settle my family by erecting a family house there.

I bought about three plots of land around airport road 1m,1.5 and 1.8 respectively and ended up selling the three for 3.5m,5.8 and 3m.
