thank you bros. Even Ndidi was calling on others to close down the before he struck

How on earth will one blame Okoye for that goal?
Not so fast bro. Two truths can co-exist.

1. The players should have closed down the polish player to prevent him from taking that shot

and

2. Okoye should be saving that shot.

Clint02:
Why did I enjoy the C team performance more than this
Too many changes spoilt the starting team and the cohesion, especially the midfield. The midfield duo of Onyeka and Nnadi and the pressing of Moffi and Akor upfront would have undoubtedly prevented that shot.

Chelle was thinking everybody must play.

Omo. Make we no lie that shot get power and better swerve. Proper knuckle ball. Didnt watch the 2nd half but i just saw the poland goal. Saving that ball would have granted him the man of the match award straight up. That is how good that shot was.

If there's anything I've learned watching SE games for the past 4-5 years, whenever the game enters the final 10 mins, just grab your Bible and your anointing oil and start praying. Nigeria Super Eagles anything can happen in the dying minutes.
To be fair, it was just 15-20 secs to end the match
No one expected the guy to release that belter
Again, I get your point though
We've got to lock in till the ref blows

No goalkeeper is catching that. I don’t care what anyone will say about that.. That’s a swerve ball for Christ sake, it changed direction and he still managed to go for it. Those blaming him should just come out and say you never liked him. It doesn’t even make sense anymore, always waiting for him to make a blunder so they can say we told you, like Nwabali never committed blunder since he started manning the post. This has to stop.

Bewene has played himself into the team
Proper experienced display
Didn't even show stage fright, being his debut..

Aina, Osayi, Alebiosu, Bewene
We are good in the RB position
I doubt Aina will be interested in continuing to play for the super eagles...
If he does, I don't think he will be committed 100%
NFF do that guy strong thing. Missed 3 consecutive world cup.

The goal Gabon scored us, even though I think Nwabali wasn't at fault and the strike rather should have been closed, some felt it was his fault and that's the end of it.

Him wan come spin this one like say any criticism is hate. Rubbish

The only problem with Nwabali is he's never serious and I think it's his own tactics of shaking off pressure and sometimes he lacks concentration BUT NEVER DOWN ON CONFIDENCE.

True but you cant deny that poland is a class above jamaica and zimbabwe. Those guys will suffer if they play this match. And chelle should please change the midfield for the portugal match. Its looked to me that today's midfield was set up to absorb pressure with simon left as the creator. Im not comfortable with giving simon the creative responsibility in the team. Hopefully iwobi would have joined the team by then.
Clint02:
No. The misplaced passes was just too much from our team. Poland misplaced quite a lot as well.

You are wrong. The trajectory of the ball rendered his position useless.

He initially followed the ball to his right before it changed trajectory to his left. That first step to his right was not lack of positioning but due to the way the ball changed it's course midair.

Small thing people will same “why are you guys emotional”
oga if okoye had saved that shot Nwabali would by now be kissing that nomber 1 shirt goodbye…Forget how the polish player played the shot, topnotch savers will save that ball…
Ball wasn’t deflected oo, the was coming straight at him…he simply did not position him self to punch that shot away….that was a punchable saving shot…the ball beating Okoye made the polish goal look like one extraordinary goal
