For Shareholders: If you did not return your Election form by the deadlines during the consolidation process, your shares will automatically be paid out as cash consideration (e.g., at N3.18 per share) rather than being converted to the new entity's shares... |

Who would have thought that a country like Pakistan would rise to the challenge of mediating between the US and Iran, standing tall until the war ends? Who could have imagined that Pakistan would step into the role of big brother, guiding peace and earning global respect? By taking on the responsibility of mediation and seeing it through, they have carved out a prestigious place in history. This reminds us that greatness often comes from unexpected places. No matter where you start, if you choose courage, responsibility, and persistence, you can stand tall and lead, even in the most difficult of times. Even if them no rate you before. COPIED |

ppogba:Well, sometimes some people get lucky. Some dude I know got a state civil service job immediately after graduation, after training himself in adult school. At the age of 32. He did not lobby for it as most people do. Today he's also shortlisted by the Ministry of Interior Board that handles paramilitary recruitment for ASI II in Immigration and is now left to choose between it and his State Civil Service job. We always talk about the trap that is civil service abi public service, but some people still pay hundreds of thousands to lobby for those jobs but some random guy now has 2. What I'm saying is that some things are fair in the country. Our system though allows some agencies and corporations to do these things when it involves only the members of 99% of the society. |

megawealth01:This is fair then. It remains to be seen why and how they managed to pay the wife of the commenter above, whether it was with or without her approval. |

NSEstudent:I never had the opportunity to choose from any of the options he mentioned. I received an alert today telling me of that it is "Unity bank pay off". |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by megawealth01: 7:36pm On Jun 15 |
NSEstudent:Can your broker help you submit unity bank merger form without your knowledge? A stockbroker can only submit a proxy or merger-related voting form (such as the scheme of merger between Unity Bank and Providus Bank) without your direct, real-time knowledge if your account is set up for discretionary trading or if you previously signed a brokerage agreement granting them broad powers of attorney.Whether this action is authorized depends entirely on the terms you agreed to when opening or managing your brokerage account: Discretionary vs. Non-Discretionary Accounts Discretionary Accounts: If your broker manages your account on a discretionary basis, they are legally authorized to buy, sell, or vote on your assets (like share swaps or cashing out shares) without asking for your explicit permission for every corporate action. Non-Discretionary Accounts: If your account is non-discretionary, your broker must contact you to get your explicit instructions or signature before submitting any proxy, vote, or election form on your behalf. |

The MAGA movement is being torn apart because of stuffs like the Epstein files. Trump fell out with people like MTG & Thomas Massie primarily due to the Epstein files. Epstein was a bad actor who engaged in terrible things with underage girls. That's a fact, it's not a leftist thing. Prince Andrew of the UK lost his status due to his association with Epstein. Same with Lord Mandelson. Congress is even conducting an investigation on the Epstein case, if I remember correctly. Who do you think Epstein worked for? Why did he keep videos and other detailed info about his associates doing funky stuffs in compromising positions? Mamdani has not done a bad job of leading NYC so quit with the innuendo. You may like his name or how he prays, but he's not been any worse than previous Mayors. zendi: |

Oh, they don’t call DJT a PDFile because of Melania, but they do because he actually had carnal knowledge of minors, according to the Epstein file. That sentence was referring to the last line of the message that I responded to. Note: those were not made up allegations, the erstwhile British royal (prince) was also involved and is facing the law. Let Trump release the entire Epstein file if he’s clean. zendi: |
