MTN has done over 4Billion naira worth of deals today before 12 pm , no other company has done 1Billion as at now Insiders are not left out MTN is like the only company that 90% of Nigerians spend nothing less than 15k on monthly (data and airtime). I am posting this using data on my MTN line.

yMcy56:I am surprised this is coming from you, a very experienced member of this forum? This our investment hustle is not based on emotions ooo! It is based on socio-economic factors that affect the market. Period! There is nothing wrong if someone says he wishes a stock could drop to a particular range so he could buy more! Why do you say such a person is insensitive? Has the person gone into the CSCS account of anyone to do an illegal stock transfer? Has he/she petitioned NGX or the management of the company to delist and relist the shares at the reduced price? Our comments here are not sacrosanct; they amount to nothing unless someone is disillusioned!. No matter what anybody says about any stock here on NSEMPA, it would be immature and out of place for anyone to attach too much importance and use that to rant. Recently, we all read/saw what several people said against stocks like Ellah, Japaul, Deapcap, Oando, IBL, Honeywell, Zichis etc. but it did not stop these stocks from rising.. The NGX market has a depth and width much bigger and beyond what we say/do here on NSEMPA! And we don't control the socio economic factors that determine the price(s) of stocks. However, those who choose to be disturbed or confused by what people say here are free to allow themselves to be so disturbed. |

Oasisblue:I am honestly surprised, but market sentiment is generally negative now and herd mentality is the other of the day on ngx because 80% of ngx investors simply do what others are doing. They buy if majority is buying and sell when majority is selling. Presently majority are selling and the smart investors are buying their annoited stocks now gradually. Let TIP and Zenith go down more abeg ![]() |

nosa2:If you really want palm oil companies this is the best time to get them cheap, what you consider as peak/boom last year has now turn to normal standards structurally, the mother of all boom in palm is coming within 6 months to 2 years. Official declaration of elnino is not a joke Indonesia b50 starting July 1 is also not a joke. 2027 will be very hot for cpo.. We don decide based on supplies and demand in the market but on structural thesis. |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by crownprince2017: 12:18pm On Jun 18 |
Make I burst your brain the severity of the elnino now has 63-80 chance to be super strong elnino. According to general consensus of experts in the world. My thesis is based on strong, now imagine very strong and super strong effect.. ![]() |

crownprince2017:I am not really interested in palm oil companies per say. I will buy if the bloodshed becomes ridiculous but with a forward PE of about 13 we are far from that point. |

Try to remain expert in what you understand, you see this palm business, we they follow am bumper to bumper. ![]() This not a buy or sell advice oooo. |

There is nothing that is not affected by govt policy in nigeria. From price of data to Oil and Gas. Even Cement. Palm oil should be the least of your worries nosa2:Edit: Govt policy even tells banks where to host their data. So being bearish solely on govt policy is not advisable...since the entire stock market has had such a good run precisely because of the interplay between govt policy and inflation. |

nosa2:Then I can see where the problem is..you are seeing okomu and presco from retail perspective, comparing them with all those local palm u see everywhere. ![]() Infact those common local Palm oil you see are not direct competitors with these guys, they don't serve the same customers and their customers can never buy from the local market because the industrial quality needed from presco and okomu can never be gotten locally. The only competitor to them is importation which I'm using as my basis of arguments. Presco and okomu prices based on landing cost to lagos. |

He should liquidate a portion of his stock holdings—say, $10 billion—and make the transaction public. Only then will we see the true impact on his net worth within 24 hours. After all, paper profits remain hypothetical until they are converted into cash and tangible assets. The perceived value of wealth tied solely to stock holdings is often overstated... megawealth01: |

Well, even every MAGAt knows that if it were that easy to “arrange” his conviction in multiple jurisdictions (including his home state—Florida), he would’ve arranged some counter convictions on notable democrats, especially Obama. Saying that he was victimized is like blaming every photographic evidence of someone’s wrongdoings on AI nowadays. Enough said on this topic. Trump is guilty and was only lucky to have gotten an unconditional discharge due to the office he holds! zendi: |

The guy legitimately got indicted by a jury and was convicted by a judge! The jury was composed of people from all walks of life and who have various political leanings, so any biases were almost completely evened out. If it were that easy to wrongly convict someone of his caliber, Trump would’ve indicted and convicted Obama, given how much he hates him.
Enough said on this topic. Trump is guilty and was only lucky to have gotten an unconditional discharge due to the office he holds!
