So much sell offs on the NGX. Full offers and zero bids for so many previously coveted stocks. Seplat, Aradel, DangCem, Betaglass, Berger, Julius Berger, etc. |

Oasisblue:That's why NGX is trying to create liquidity in those High Cap stocks.... They're somehow seasonal because of the huge amount involved in moving the share prices.... Q2 will create liquidity again or once the new Rule is in force..... Or better still, when there's another positive news/market outlook.......like the reclassification to Frontier Market Status. FPIs will mostly prefer the banking sector and the big/medium Cap stocks... |

yMcy56:I have absolutely nothing to gain from Aradel going down. But no go inflate Wetin no suppose be when somebody is coming here to predict 2000 - 3000 as current price when it has no fundermentals to support it. As I am typing this, Aradel is on full offer again this morning. Have you asked yourself why? Even after releasing a great FS? It’s because the main analysts from these institutional funds saw what I saw from my analysis based on their current FS. I have nothing against it. Moreover, read and pass if you don’t like what I am saying or constructively engage. No come dey antagonize me chief. |

opadiya:Omo I tire for una ooo ![]() If something doesn’t go your way, suddenly I am a bad guy. I pity who doesn’t do due diligence before buying stocks ooo If that is what you do, I’ll advise you begin to learn how to read financial statements. Learn yourself so somebody will not come to tell you Aradel should be trading at 2000 to 3000. Aradel currently is more efficient than Seplat but Seplat is cheaper than Aradel at the moment. Honestly, in the long run, you will be fine with Aradel. It’s a stock I am holding for at least 5 years. But then entry price and monitoring the market is part of what makes you a good investor. I wonder why you think you know my intention, I am very insignificant in the grand scheme of things chiefly. I cannot move the market neither can Nairaland do. I only give an opinion and anybody who does his analysis well will see what I am saying (currently oooo) cause Aradel has a good prospect. I am only talking about the current price and its valuation in comparison with the oil and gas sector. If what you pick from my statement is a bad thing, oh well. I drop my baton. As you were my oga |

Lagos, Nigeria — 23 June 2026 — Ellah Lakes Plc (“Ellah Lakes” or the “Company”), a leading indigenous agribusiness company, today announced key operational milestones across its processing and livestock businesses, reflecting continued progress in the execution of its integrated agribusiness strategy. The Company has acquired the first set of expellers and presses for its Palm Kernel Oil (“PKO”) Mill, marking an important step in the development of its palm kernel processing capacity. Installation is expected to be completed by the end of Q3 2026, after which Ellah Lakes plans to commence the production of Palm Kernel Oil and Palm Kernel Cake (“PKC”). This milestone supports the Company’s broader diversification strategy and further strengthens its integrated agro-industrial platform. The addition of PKO and PKC production will enable Ellah Lakes to capture further value from its oil palm operations, expand its product base and deepen its participation across the agricultural value chain. In addition, Ellah Lakes has surpassed 1,000 pigs on its farm, reflecting continued progress in the scaling of its livestock operations. This achievement positions the Company as one of the leading piggery operators in Edo State and reinforces livestock as an important vertical within Ellah Lakes’ integrated agribusiness model. The livestock business supports revenue diversification and near-tomedium-term cash flow generation as the Company’s plantation assets continue to mature. Ellah Lakes has also commenced the sale of gilts, creating an additional revenue line and supporting the development of a broader livestock value chain. As part of the next phase of growth, Ellah Lakes plans to proceed with the installation of its abattoir and cold chain facility. This is expected to support the Company’s longer-term strategy of scaling its piggery operations, improving processing capacity and enhancing market access for livestock products. Commenting on the update, Chuka Mordi, Chief Executive Officer of Ellah Lakes Plc, said: “These milestones reflect the continued execution of our strategy to build Ellah Lakes into a more integrated and commercially resilient agribusiness platform. The acquisition of equipment for our PKO Mill advances our move into higher-value processing, while the growth of our piggery operations strengthens an important cash-generating vertical within our business model. |

opadiya:Bro, I’m better off buying Seplat and MTN than Aradel currently. It seems you don’t get it. I’m not trying to de market anything chief. What I am telling you is, Aradel current fundermentals does not support 1750. It’s that simple, what do I gain from demarketing Aradel? I no understand. Stock wey I still Dey in… I don’t do sentiments please. If you don’t understand my post then fine. Eventually, the market will rerate. It’s that simple chief |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Ocallen: 11:21am On Jun 24 |
SimpleGuy001:Well o well, for me I think it is only a trader or those that bought at the top that will panic if Aradel drops in price. If you are not any of the above, relax and ride the wave. A trader who knows his technicals won't even fret. After all, the market does not go in a straight line. Fast forward to 2028 it could be just trading at #5000, who knows? So, the investors, traders, and all in the house chill. |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by SimpleGuy001: 11:23am On Jun 24 |
Oasisblue:Which is good cause it creates good entry. Aradel released FS for Q1 late. My thesis is, it is a great statement but doesn’t support 1750. Seplat is great. The market leader in that sector, Seplat will still do 2x, which should be around 22k. But I don’t know when in terms of timing. Aradel is good, they are still in consolidation phase. Currently Aradel is more efficient than Seplat. Those two are the big boys of the industry. But we need to see more from Aradel Expecially with the consolidation and at 1750, the current result doesn’t support that price. It’s that simple and the message I’m passing. I’m not here to demarket. I don’t know why it’s looking like I have a mission. Wetin my money wan do for NGX. I think as investors we should remove sentiments and also learn with the market and understand the coys you are invested in. This is what makes one a great investor. Simple as that, if you see another thing inside Wetin I talk then fine my oga |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by SimpleGuy001: 11:38am On Jun 24 |
Ocallen:Nobody is panicking. I just feel as an investor you should study your coy and know when to make movements. Na my fault wey I even talk self. Normally one isn’t suppose to make recommendations. The aim of the stock market is to create wealth for you. And intelligent investor should learn his investments and best maximize his upside. Abi na me no want make Aradel reach 3k? Me self like money At the end of the day we will all be fine. Thankfully, you mentioned 2028. Which means you understand the element of time which does the heavy lifting in terms of building wealth for us. I feel people should be weary when someone is always preaching upside upside upside everytime. Aradel is a great company and will hold for the next 5 years but I need to keep studying their fundermentals to know when to hold, when to buy more when I find it cheaper, when to sell when to take profit when I see too much optimism has been priced in relative to its fundermentals and Rotate into other stocks and all of that. May the NGX bring us wealth. Amen. Again, nobody is demarketing Aradel please, as if me self no wan make Aradel make moon. God bless |

I sincerely hope so!!!. I learnt when I just came into NGX to study the market pulse with GTB. In the last two weeks, I have seen heavy selling/great offers compared to bids in GTB. PROBABILITIES: 1. Is it JANET? 2. Are serious and heavy investors selling to buy Dangote refinery? 3. Is it the effect of FOREIGN FUND PREFERENCE OF DEBT OVER EQUITY? *The Bigger Picture : Debt Over Equity If you look at the total $10.37 billion in foreign capital imported into Nigeria in Q1 2026, the preference for fixed income over equities is massive. The high-yield environment created by the CBN's elevated Monetary Policy Rate dictates their strategy.Out of the $9.86 billion classed specifically as Foreign Portfolio Investment in Q1:Money Market Instruments: $6.50 billion Bonds: $3.23 billion Equities/Shares: $75.34 million THE CAUSE OF RECENT RED IN THE MARKET? Foreign funds are parking billions of dollars in 364-day Treasury Bills and FGN Bonds to capture risk-free double-digit yields, leaving Nigerian equities as a secondary, speculative play . opadiya: |
