If the shares were bought on the exchange (NGX), contact your stockbrokers to sell and get your funds after T+1day. They might require you to update your KYC if needed.

If the shares are still in certificates, contact the respective registrars for updates and possible outstanding dividends. DataMax (for GTB) and Veritas (for Zenith). Then, contact your stockbroking firm (if you have one) or get one to open a CSCS account and proceed with dematerializing the certificates; then sell.

I have assumed the shares were bought in your name.

I really do need money urgently. Won't sell all. Just gtb and zenith. Please how do I go about selling them.

Make Agba dey play...
He won't see both to buy @80 self, at least not in a long time to come 😁

My Oga don talk say what's happening in market now is just market correction....and bull is still coming back to visit NGX....
This is a relief and I mentioned it here to douse tensions and reduce panicking...😊

Bargainers knows what to do.......cherry picking, especially battered ones......and if in market already, be patient and don't lose funds.

Yeah. That’s why my target of N700 is for end of next year. Think this year we’ll see N500, definitely above N400

FGN January 2035 is 22.6%, that is approximately 23%, if you key in at the opening and you only need just 50M ( minimum ) to subscribe at the primary auction.

For anyone interested in how we're fairing in this slow market:

It's by far the slowest month, but still profitable!!! earnings for the month are still above what 90% of nigerian workers make.

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Zagee: 9:11am On Jun 25
H1 will start rolling in soon. Meanwhile, Oando is still struggling with FY25 and Q1 2026. Even that June 30 is not guaranteed. Sub 30..

@HPS3, You are in the right place. However, the selling may not be as quick as you would wish; that also depends on the method of acquisition of the shares.

First, you need a stockbroker to open a stock/cscs account for you, and that is where I come in. You can open an account with us at Investment One for free and thereafter do a demat of those shares, which will enable you to sell all or part of your holdings.

The above is the fact that I assume the shares were bought during the IPOs,
You can get in touch for further guidance.

UNIVINSURE Positioned as Nigerian Insurance Sector Recovers

Universal Insurance Plc operates within Nigeria's non-life insurance segment, a sector that has seen renewed regulatory attention following the National Insurance Commission's recapitalisation directives, which are expected to consolidate the industry and strengthen balance sheets across the board.

There is a timeline to start negotiations on lowering cement prices from the majors, how could this affect HBM, Dangote and BUA?

You specifically mentioned FD.

FD is different from Government bond Sir.

Why do people believe everything this people say on Social Media and Newspapers?
Has government done their part first?
Politicians that will just say what people wants to hear.....
All talks no action..

What Umahi said does not make sense.
The FGN has the might and privilege to negotiate with cement producers, agree and and lockdown prices for supplies to specific contract specific, especially if they are willing to make deposits in advance.
