Hahaha one of the hardest people to scam on the internet are Domainers

Domainers are so used to buying for $10 and selling for $$$, $$$$

Unless maybe he is a hacker

Can one accurately track number of visitors to a domain while its listed on afternic? Can one use google analytics or some other tracker whilst the domain's NS is on afternic?

Use every lead source available. If that doesn't work, drop the prices. Drop the prices to $100 or even below if its within the month of expiration. Not financial advice. Just a suggestion.

A friend recommended this. It worked for someone she knows. But what the person did was to sell the domain for $250+ first, then pitch a website of that domain to the enduser.

I tried it in 2024 and again last year. It didn't work.

I decided to bring one of the hosted sites from 2025 back this year while attempting the rank-and-rent/sell or pay-per-call model since I still had hosting. But I discovered I needed to still do significant work to meet the requirements for the niche and acceptance for PPC, so I just changed the nameservers back to a marketplace this month.

I didn't even like the domain in focus much because it's a three-word, reverse geo (KW+city) domain. That's part of why I decided to just pull the plug.

I still have plans to try again sha if I have more free time, especially with tools like ChatGPT available to simplify the process.
