Oasisblue:My God you're dull. Even in your personal life, everything starts with the habits you practice to keep your house in order no matter how little. Peter Obi has shown you that their is too much wastage in government and he is going to make common sense rain. If you cannot understand that simple analogy, I pity your life. |

Martartins:But there was no wastage when be bought SUVs for " autonomous communities" traditional rulers? LikeI always say, thank God he has held a position before. Otherwise, we would have been talking about " the best president Nigeria never had" some years from now. Most of what people use to antagonize him remain unrefuted and unrefutable. Someone who failed to hold an LG election for seven and half years suddenly talking about true federalism amongst others. There is no honor amongst thieves, brother. |

Peter Obi cant tell or show me anything as he is intellectually inferior. The same man under whose watch doctors in Anambra downed tools for 13 months. Anambra people that couldnt afford care in the private sector died in droves. The same Obi that brought his Fidelity Bank Director to succced him and we all know how the guy fared. When dem Sowore were fighting for Democracy, Obi was Abacha's Tin Can Port right hand person. Support your imbecilic candidate in private. Save us precious oxygen. Obi my foot! Martartins: |

Oasisblue:So doctors should hold the state to ransom because of their incessant demands? How about your druglord and cocaine sniffing president who has milked Lagos state war chest dry? Now his harlot wife wants us to fry akara as youth employment. Go and verify Obi's record in Anambra health sector........Stellar Same cannot be said about your white powder president who promised to solve our power problem or not contest the next election.....how far now? A bedwetting president who told us to endure while him and cohorts continue to live extravagantly with tax payers money. At least we know what we are getting from Peter Obi, prudent spending and reduction in public wastage. What are you getting from Balablu that he has delivered? Clowns |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by deathwing(m): 7:32pm On Jun 27 |
You dey argue with person when his (probably) current preferred candidate has no verifiable work record from anywhere and is a confirmed druggie. Someone whose wife would like us all to sell Akara. Better stop wasting your time. Martartins: |

Streetinvestor2:A leopard cannot change its spots, no matter the quality or quantity of detergent you use. It is quite a poor style – low‑level thinking coupled with intellectual laziness – to resort to insulting people and attacking them personally when they hold a divergent opinion from yours. I laugh in French. You know nothing about me. I don't reference you or anyone – I present facts. If you can't present your facts without attacking people personally, then you should learn to waka pass. Biko. In democracy or other competitions, you don't even need to be the best. You just need to have more people who agree with you on something – and that's it. If you can't take it, you have no business in any competition or discussing competitions. If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen. |

A few years ago l used to visit this forum because it was strictly about the capital market. Then l was surprised but also elated on how forumites conducted themselves here, compared to the toxicity in the politics section. Now everything has become chaotic.lt has drifted from what the forum was meant to be. |

Oasisblue:Let's us leave the other contestants and talk about the incumbent if they have performed well to ask for continuation. Yes there are bold economic moves, but what ever move a government makes should be able to impact on the following; Security Health Electricity Education Infrastructure NGX 🤔 So if you can sincerely tell us how this government has fared in these areas in the past 3 years. Are they also telling us what they will do differently or continue doing if we give them another 4 years |

I think many people did not understand the root cause of our economic problems and the current state and why we are here. Many just come here with all sort of economic theories and jargons that are not applicable to our clime while some don't even understand anything, just to come here and display their ignorance and even abuse people. You can't make an objective submission if you have political sympathy for any candidates. Now I want to summarize the Niger problem in few lines. In the last 16 years before this current government we have been battling with macro economic problems probably because many of you have no or limited opportunities to play at macro level or probably lack good knowledge of macro or just to pretend to be ignorant. Our current issue comes from harsh realities that unfolds during the last administration that our macro is so bad that it doesn't have the strength to continue to package the micro that made everything seems right. Shock absorbers are not longer sustainable. The problem has been there since 16 years ago before this administration but there was no spark to flip it. Now this government have no options but to flip it and many continue to attribute the issue to them, that is unfair. You can't fix both macro and micro at the same time, one before another. I can tell you for free, if you go through to fix the macro first which is the ideal which in our case is structural then you have to be very patience to see visible result but because we are so used to short cuts in Nigeria, we expect magic over night, this mindset will only make us fall prey of politicians. They will tell u what u want to hear.. In my opinion, I think if we don't want this government in power, we deserve what others will do differently before deciding. You can fault their strategies but they are never the one who got us here in fairness. All this arguments will not safe you from the market bashing next week, all of una go still collect, especially the oadoans... ![]() |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by GeeKudi: 11:16am On Jun 28 |
This is condescending and it is not right. If you randomly accuse people of being paid to express an opinion, who is paying you for yours? The beauty of democracy is the room for plurality of thoughts and choice. That is why a fellow who doesn't even enjoy the trust of his own household would ask a whole country to trust him. He has the right to vote and ask for vote. It is democracy. Your next door neighbour has the right to dislike and loathe the candidate you see as a saint. It is democracy. Then right you have to talk about your choice is the right the next door neighbour has to talk about his own choice. It is democracy. megawealth01: |

I expect many of us to be more smarter than this, did you listen to that conversation of the first lady where she mentioned akara. It's unfair to twist people statements to fit your narrative. If it's for political gains kindly bring it down as this was just twisted to mean another thing and not in the original context of the first lady, you can listen to the video it's on YouTube. Stop this pls.. |

deathwing:Pls I'm not a politician and I don't have sympathy for anyone, I only present my case based on facts within 16 years period. I just want someone that can show me the ability to fix Nigeria by telling us the problems and how to solve them in real time. |
