If this had an English reference like the man who sold kokonut.com, you would have at least had a fighting chance.

Domain is unpredictable, so just hang in there
Sure thing my chief. Thanks for stopping by

A Toyota ads once said: Good Thinking; Good Product. In Japanese they say: Yo shinai, Yo kangai

The more you stay put in this game, the more you learn. Haven't made any sale this year but my learning curve has been growing astronomically and i am getting replies much frequently from my outbound than ever before.

One thing i learnt last week is selling value. If the business owners are not giving you the attention you need, give them more value.

As you can see from the image below, the target/potential buyer is in the dog niche in a city with 1m population in the US.

In my first email to her, she responded that she is interested. I'll send her the next email which is what i screenshot-ed.

Notice something:
1. I am selling a domain
2. I am also selling a Google Business reviews service
3. I am also offering to write some SEO optimized articles for her to use on her blog and her GMB profile.

If this is a business that is struggling to with views and customers, why won't she give it a try?

All these for less than $300. I no try?

Anyway, lets see how it goes.

OGs in the house, what do you think about this?
This is a solid plan. You could also try to raise the price a bit to match the services you're trying to also pitch as long as you're sure to deliver on your end. So that even if she had wanted to lowball, you'd be able to elicit a better offer from her.
I think this is smart and should land you a deal. Best of luck on this

Don't mis-inform symbuul.

Kokonut is a mis-spelling of an english word.

While molowo is a yoruba word which limits potential buyers to Nigerians or Yoruba people or a domain investor who just wants to own it and hold it..

Thank you. For raising the price...no.
The goal is to have a long-term business deals with her business in terms of either managing her social media platform, write articles for her to use on her blog/social media and even give her some good reviews. I don't want it to end after the sale of the domain name.

How then do you keep monetizing that on the long-term, or are you going to keep doing that for the long term free of charge

who has experience domain missing at Unstoppabledomains? I sold a domain at afternic and want to transfer but couldn't find the name on my portfolio. I have contacted Unstp domains customers service, they said they will fix it. I wonder how long it will take for them fix it. Just afraid of afternic transaction cancellation
Re: What To Do To Make Money Online? by schullten: 2:57am On Jul 02
It will take long if you stop disturbing them.
So send them mails at intervals, chat them, just be disturbing them. They will fix it.

When you check the name on whois, does it show it is registered at unstoppable?

You may need to create a thread on Namepros and tag them there and some other top leaders.

Yes! the domain is available at Unstoppabledomains when I search using whois, I asked about "Shapman" because he's the one that registered the domain name and pushed it into my account.

Chief, we are basically saying the same thing .

I didn’t want to dismiss his domain but give room for that unusual 2% unpredictability of domaining.

Why?

I have seen domains dismissed by entire domain forum getting sold for 4 figures.

Even GPExchange talked about this in the early days of reporting sales

MENA = Middle East and North Africa

They are mostly Arab people, hence the categorization. Remember when the Morocco player dedicated their win to Arab world during one AFCON and the entire Black Africans became mad.

There you have it lol

For those who might not know, Dynadot is offering $1 off 11 orders through 7 July with the code DYNA11M. I wanted to share this yesterday when I saw the email but forgot while trying to complete tasks at hand.

I think it should work for all orders - I used it for renewals and transfers.

Note that you may need to process each order separately; that's what I did. It only deducted $1 from the total cost when I added multiple domains to the cart.

Yeah...if I understand you right. That is, if you added 11 domains to the cart together, only $1 will be deducted from the total amount.

So, I decided to process each order (domain) separately - one by one.

So for example, if the total cost is $22, you are only going to pay $21, right?

Molowo is a Yoruba word because you know it is. I mean because you're a Nigerian.

It may mean something else to someone else.
It's a CVCVCV name.

Something that means "tongue' in my language is 'goodness' in Yoruba.

Who knows, it may sell. Only time will tell.
