Having been undergoing compression trading for more than a week, STANBIC should be due for movement soon; especially that ZENITH and GTCO have now woken up.

The failed government has set poor standard for everything which equally affected the national team. Was it not obvious in thr performance. Who is interested in party. We are only interested in the calibre of the candidate. And planting moles to destabilise the parties we equally know.Even with 31 governors they still trying to use the corrupt judiciary to stop him contesting. What are they afraid of in free and fair election if they feel they have performed. If they had performed. They won't have even bothered campaigning for second term like it is playing out for some governors in some state

Let's assume you are right, without conceding, that it will be ''sold off''.

''Selling off'' potentially means another (probably bigger) oil and gas company would be acquiring it, and even pay a higher price than the current listed price?

Check what happened to the price(s) when:
WAPCO was sold off to Chinese HBM!
Honeywell was sold off to Flour Mills!
BCC Cement was sold off to Dangote Cement, etc.

Selling off may be bad news to the current directors, but may be good news to retail shareholders

I hear you.... When it's sold off, I'll be on the buying side. Until then got no farthing to spend on a technical insolvent, negative equity and deranged management company.

Ordinary shareholders rarely win during structural cleanups of companies with heavy balance sheet baggage.
