The renewed hostilities and attacks on vessels in the Strait of Hormuz again put an abrupt end to the steady flow of oil and gas tankers moving in and out of the Persian Gulf.

At least four oil and LNG tankers have made U-turns from attempts to transit the Strait of Hormuz in the past 12 hours, vessel-tracking data compiled by Reuters showed early on Wednesday.

The Iranian attacks on three commercial ships on Tuesday, including an oil tanker and an LNG carrier, have prompted some shipowners and operators to pause attempts to transit the Strait of Hormuz as the security situation has sharply deteriorated.

Three empty LNG carriers that were en route to move westward into the Gulf through the Strait of Hormuz turned away from the chokepoint late on Tuesday, according to the data compiled by Reuters from analytics firms Kpler and LSEG. All three LNG carriers were en route to load cargoes at

But, this your ratio is not reflective on the dividend paid by both companies. Are you postulating that instead of by 1 unit of Zenith bank share, i should buy 3.5 or 4 units of WEMA bank ? Everyone has what works for them, if i have WEMA bank, i will sell it and plunge in everything on Zenith bank. grin
Of course not. Ratio is ratio. It's the market’s relative valuation even with the differential in dividends as of the date. Imagine you've been buying toilet paper vs tomatoes at a price ratio of 4:1 and suddenly the price changes to 3.5:1, see it more like so. What would you infer? This is not about what works. It's more of applying some common sense.

Nothing concern presco with the broader market. Always on full offer but never up to 100k units to move it.

At the site where I am working currently, people plunge over 20m into that sinkhole they call investment. A lot of them are men above 35yrs of age with the oldest above 50yrs. Just 3 days ago, I was advising one of the staffs not to put a kobo except he's ready to loose it all. The quest for fast money is really something in this economy and it has become the fastest route people are loosing even the little they have unfortunately.
