kintus:Reconstruction. 1:4 Anyone buying at yesterday's closing price of 2.61 is actually buying it @0.65k I think it's presently selling at a discount. Post reconstruction price was N3.57 and post reconstruction OS is now around 3.2bn (pre-reconstruction around 12.9bn OS) https://doclib.ngxgroup.com/Financial_NewsDocs/47190_FORTIS_GLOBAL_INSURANCE_PLC-PUBLIC_NOTICE_OF_SHARE_CAPITAL_RECONSTRUCTION_CORPORATE_ACTIONS_JUNE_2026.pdf |

yMcy56:Access Bank is very good at current price like when GTB was stagnating at N17-N18 some years ago. If their Q2 result is good, it will jump higher to around N30-N35 Just praying it stays this low so I can buy more. |

Agbalowomeri:I no dey do MH ooo. I neither believe nor see any sense in doing MH. CBN regulation, shareholder pressure and competition in the banking industry cannot allow Access to slack beyond 2 years, maximum! Just like it happened to FBN , Wema etc 5 years ke? |

Who else has discovered Renmoney Micro Finance Bank that pays 28% interest on Savings account, coupled with the fact that you can also withdraw your money at will? |

kintus:Are you just noticing? For the past 2–3 days, it has been the highest-traded stock by value, accounting for more than 20% of the market's traded value each day. In fact, over the last three days, just five stocks have accounted for more than 65% of the total value traded. The current market is highly concentrated in a handful of stocks. |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by ositadima1(m): 3:41pm On Jul 08 |
Agbalowomeri:Not really. That is actually how the NGX operates. On roughly 70%–80% of trading days, just five stocks account for more than 50% of the total value traded. The NGX is highly concentrated in stocks like ARADEL, ZENITHBANK, MTNN, and GTCO. I pulled data covering the last 150 trading days (and I can go back even further with my dataset) and ran a Python script. You can independently verify it as well. This suggests that if you have very large amounts of capital, these stocks can absorb your orders much more easily. That said, I don't think they are particularly volatile, but I'll check that later.

megawealth01:I said it here that the war will resume when some people were jubilating, lol. You need to read between the lines to see what is happening. The USA will not back down, not just because of shame and hubris, but also because they need the petrodollars. It is a fight for survival for the USA as much as it is for Iran. The AI bubble is loading, and they need the petrodollar to keep the funding flowing. |
