It is thoughts like these that is always attracting bad things to you.

Foot soldiers like you are usually the ones who get neutralized, while your sponsors stay in their AC offices talking to you viz phone so that you are not able to implicate them when caught

You really need to check into a mental health institution. There are some depressants that give folks like you. I think you have already reach stage 2 prognosis.

Nigerians and suffering have become inseparable. We politicize and celebrate everything.

When power is restored after an outage, people start jubilating, even though it may not last more than four hours. When children and their teachers are kidnapped and later released, we celebrate, even though it will likely happen again.

We keep celebrating things that should never have happened in the first place. Incompetence is accepted and defended. What a shame.

Meanwhile, the few who lead are living their best lives, while the poor and the brutalized are trapped in hellish conditions, arguing and fighting over meaningless pittance.

Such is life. grin grin grin

One of the oldest political strategies is to keep people divided. When citizens are busy fighting one another over ethnicity or religion, they pay less attention to the real issues that affect everyone - good governance, security, education, healthcare, jobs and accountability.

Nigeria's challenges do not discriminate by tribe or faith. They affect all of us. While our diversity should be a strength, it is often exploited for political gain.

Refuse to be manipulated into hating your neighbour because of their ethnic group or religion. Ask questions. Demand results. Hold leaders accountable based on performance not identity.

A divided people are easier to control. A united people are harder to deceive.

LOL... They’re slowly crawling out of their holes, spewing bogus grammar that makes no sense—just a desperate attempt to mask their pain.

To say this rescue pained them to the bone is putting it mildly.

They know that if this government fixes insecurity, they’ll have nothing left to campaign on. They can’t use infrastructure, they can’t use multiple exchange rates, and they can’t use fuel queues. So, their last straw is to cling to insecurity as a way to push their failed product.

All this time they kept reminding us about people in captivity; they never actually cared. They’d rather those people remain in captivity—just so they could keep using their suffering as a political tool.

The report of the release was on Friday night, Sunday evening, they still cannot spleep.

Last last, Nigeria will win.

Any time we talk about this government, some people here will ask: what benefit has this government brought to the common man?

Listen to this – from a common man himself.

JAPAUL GOLD & VENTURES PLC: MY VIEW AFTER THE RELEASE OF THE 2025 AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Looking at the 2025 audited financial statements alone, and considering that the Q1 and Q2 2026 results are still outstanding, my view is that Japaul has become a stronger and more attractive company than it was a year ago. However, the next two quarterly reports will be crucial in determining the company's next phase of growth.

The 2025 audited report removes much of the uncertainty surrounding the company. Japaul received a clean (unmodified) audit opinion, meaning the independent auditors are satisfied that the financial statements present a true and fair view of the company's financial position. This significantly strengthens investor confidence.

The balance sheet also improved substantially. Shareholders' equity increased from approximately ₦8 billion in 2024 to over ₦20.6 billion in 2025, reflecting a much stronger financial position.

One of the biggest highlights of the report is the company's continued investment in its gold mining project. The value of its exploration and evaluation assets increased from ₦7.96 billion to ₦11.4 billion, demonstrating that management is committing significant capital toward developing its mining operations rather than merely announcing plans.

Perhaps the most important statement in the report is management's expectation that gold mining operations will commence in 2026. This is now the key investment story for Japaul.

However, while the audited report is encouraging, the market is no longer looking for promises—it wants results.

The delayed Q1 and Q2 2026 financial statements will be the real test. Investors will be looking for evidence that commercial mining has begun, that mining is contributing to revenue, that operating cash flow is improving, and that the company continues to generate sustainable profits.

If these quarterly reports show even modest mining revenue and continued operational progress, the market may begin to value Japaul as a gold-producing company rather than simply a dredging and offshore services business. That shift in perception could have a significant positive impact on the company's valuation.

On the other hand, if Q1 and Q2 show little or no progress toward commercial mining, investors may become impatient despite the strong audited report.

Investment Outlook

• Short-term: Cautiously bullish as investors await the delayed Q1 and Q2 2026 results.

• Medium-term: Bullish, provided the company demonstrates meaningful progress in its mining operations.

• Long-term: Strongly bullish if management successfully executes its gold mining strategy.

Conclusion

The release of the 2025 audited financial statements is an important milestone for Japaul Gold & Ventures Plc. The company now has a stronger balance sheet, a clean audit opinion, increased investment in its mining assets, and management has reaffirmed its intention to commence gold mining operations in 2026.

The next major catalyst is no longer the audited accounts—it is the release of the delayed Q1 and Q2 2026 financial statements. Those reports will determine whether Japaul is transitioning from a company with mining potential into a company generating real mining revenue.

Overall Rating: 8.5/10

Japaul remains a high-risk, high-reward investment, but based on the 2025 audited financial statements, the company's long-term outlook has improved, and it deserves close attention from investors awaiting the next phase of its growth story.

It is possible, especially in an inflationary period after the devaluation of the currency. Prices of goods and services will rise. Stocks, in this contexts, are also ''commodities'' whose prices will rise in tandem with the trend in the economy.
But a stock selling at N500 today, is of less ''real value'' compared to same stock selling for N200 before May 29, 2023

**WHAT WILL MARKET DO TODAY**

**All Share Index is expected to close between +0.18% and +0.85% on Monday 13 July 2026. **

The market will continue the bullish trend or consolidate. The 245,000 resistance level is the stumbling block to futher higher movement for the market.bLetcus fold our arms and see what will happen next. Definitely, there are recent good news that can push the market up (but we cannot ascribe all the movement of the market to our Government, maybe 20% to Government and the rest just to circumstances). Like Shell/Chevron now interested in more investments in NIGERIA?

Wishing all the best.

Atleast it is not my father that gave the figures for you to fold fist.It is the same international bodies you brandish thr statistics when it favours the failed government. Abi it is obi that produced the 63% figures. Which I believe should even be 75% now.
You don't reduce poverty and hunger by sharing 3 cups of rice.
And if you and yours fall into that 63% .You will understand better the French
