I also think SEO needs to be targeted, so if you own a restaurant you need to be in a restaurant directory in your area, if you are a lawyer you need to be in a law directory in your area, and so forth.

Glory to God!

I didn't plan to renew this domain this year. I did so rather reluctantly after realising I once got a $150 offer in the first year via DAN. That person rejected my counter-offer of $200 and everything went quiet since then.

Another reason I decided to renew it was because it's still registered in three other extensions as it originally was. Otherwise, I don't like registering or holding domains of this kind anymore - three-word geo ending with a city name.

Got an offer of 250 (my minimum) on a 544 BIN - this was 680 at Afternic. I needed money or motivation very bad, so I say make I just add 100 bucks and counter. cheesy

I would have even accepted the initial offer, but I play by the "rule" of never accepting first offers.

However, after checking that other extensions were still taken, I countered with 399 instead. Buyer came back with an offer of 299 while also covering Spaceship commission.
