No, Veritas Kapital Assurance Plc has not done a Public Offer (PO); instead, they have successfully closed their capital raising drive through an accelerated ₦15 billion to ₦17.5 billion Private Placement and internal channels to address their regulatory capital deficit.

For now, its only Royalex.
Okay, thanks very much

CNN has a Trump derangement syndrome but that you get most of your news from Fox News says a lot about your political leanings.

No neutral person uses Fox News as their primary source of news. Now I understand why your views about Melania & Epstein come from.

A profitable trading day to all.

I urge everybody to report people posting off-topic. Click report under their posts so they get banned.

Anyone that wants to post sports or politics should go to the appropriate section or Twitter. One post of politics may have been manageable, but 5 days now of the rubbish is almost derailing the thread.

We prefer zero activity to off-topic posts. We don’t need useless posts to keep this place active.

Someone is mopping up FBN shares; may be Otedola or some other stakeholders.
Good for those who are selling and making profits.
My concern for buyers is that dividend yield of FBN is not too fantastic!

I heard someone say they saw FIRSTHOLDCO logo on the Dangote Refinery PP form. Can our heavy weights NSEMPA members who did the placement confirm please.

After-all, NGX will be talking about sanctions for non-compliance with rules, are the rules meant for some set of people while some are immune to it?

For a long period now, there has been lots of huge Cross Deals activities in various stocks, yet no meaningful reporting of such deals...who's crossing to who, and those behind the deals....

Over 1M SEPLAT just crossed now with N12.8bn!
How are we sure the FPIs are not codedly taking positions? Abi na ghosts dey buy?

Oga, dividend payout is nice, but there are other things in this game. FIRSTHOLDCO has gained 67% in just two weeks this month.

I agree with you; Those selling are making good profits, of course.
My comment is to highlight the pros and cons for those who may be buying now to keep for the long term.

Anticipating the CBN's MPC Meeting, will they hold, hike or cut rates?

Methinks we're due for a cut but with the renewed geopolitical risk, especially US vs Iran, and recent inflation data they'll likely hold.

What effects will that decision have on the NGX in the light of the H2 reporting season.

Oga, while not supporting his use of foul language, i dont see you calling the other folks to order. You have those who have continiously insulted everyone in the name of politics. Even boasting that no one can call him to order. Where were you then? Call them to order too and lets keep this place, strictly for stocks and small banter.
Apart from Politics, what contribution has he made here
