They sent it digital, there is an existing channel between WES and the University

Thanks a lot. It means I will give Wes my universities email/website contact so they write them and my universities will know who to send my documents to.

Hello guys, I kindly need your help. I found out that there's mistake with my dob on my waec, I went to waec office and I was told they no longer do correction of age, now I need to evaluate my certificate through Wes, what should I do? Anyone who have gone through this situation before? Thank you in advance

My school portal(Unilag) has been showing ready to upload to WES for past 2days now… is there anything I should do? And I have provided the WES ref.

Someone please help. Unilag sent my transcript since July 10th and my status still says "On hold, we are waiting for your documents". WES says they havent gotten the documents. I dont know what to do. People that experienced this, please what did you do to get your documents acknowledged by WES

Thank you for this advice. I escalated the problem using Twitter and emails. Status is now showing we are analyzing and evaluating your documents. Please you have an idea how long this stage should take so as to know when to escalate if it's taking longer than it should.

They didn't five me time line for this stage..o.
WES really tire me. I'm regretting using this service

Please someone should kindly shed light on this. I'm doing WES course by course evaluation for USA admission which is $233. I have already budgeted for it only for me to start the process and they say I will be charged $34 extra for each school they are sending the transcript too.

Please is this how it really is? I thought everything is digital and already included in the $233. Please did anyone experience this too and had to pay extra for each school they applied to?

make payment on their portal,

have your school send them document

then process is straight-forward but very time consuming.

i made payment in June 5 and got the report September 7. It took 3 months to conclude the process

3 months ke! And thiS was in 2024, who knows if stuff is better or worse now.
I made payment since June 19h 2026.
I just contacted them with below:

Hello WES Support,
I am writing to follow up on the receipt of my official academic transcript for Reference Number: XXXXXXXXXX.
My institution, the xxxxxx, has confirmed that my transcript was successfully processed and sent electronically to submit@wes.org on June 15, 2026.
Could you please check your incoming email database for messages from Bleep (Bleep.p.tawkto.email or Bleep.itranscript@Bleep.edu.ng) on that date, and link the document to my profile?

Yea that’s how it is, the trick is don’t include any schools, WES would deliver a copy to you once evaluation is ready. Use that copy to apply to schools. This was what i did.

Only send official one to a school if you’re sure of admission/funding
