N42 has to be the total dividend after adding the two interim dividends they have paid.

What they are yet to pay is the final dividend of N14.66 after AGM.

I haven't seen their schedule for 6th August and none is on the NGX portal.

I think the price jump was because Ote$ was buying to increase his shareholding. It has now been announced that he has achieved 20.4%.
Unless he continues to buy more, the price may not experience any further significant rise in the short term.
