Eps annualised of 0.40 and ucap #4.68
Pe of 18.3 x when ucap is doing 3.8x
Bv is #2.55 and PB is 2.94x
Ucap has BV of #10.39 and PB 1.69x
At listing of #7.50 the existing shareholders wanted to cash out as the money goes to them and not the company

UCAP already annualized their EPS which is N2.34 and not N4.68.

You invited the various comments by what you posted about AVA capital.
I am sure you are not the only one who bought AVA at different prices.
I started buying on Wednesday and also bought yesterday purely on speculative basis.
By my own analysis, the listed price is already on the high side with a forward pe of about 30 so I don't see any issue if the price should come down.

If you're just knowing the first statement, then all I can say is Wow 😲

Please don't spread this. We have debated issues like this here and most are aware now. Forget all the T+1, T+2 or settlement date or time.
As long as you buy shares on the date of qualification for dividend, you will earn it. If you sell today you loose out, if you buy today you will get it.

It has nothing to do with settlement date. it is all about whose name is on the register as of the cut off date

Send them a strongly worded email and copy sec@sec.gov.ng
Also copy your own stockbrokers in the email.

I repeat, make sure the email is strongly worded. Accuse them of being thieves who want to divert your shares. In the email, refer to SEC and beg SEC to investigate and fine them since it's been more than 6 months since the offer concluded and it's obvious they want to steal your shares.

I did write them a strongly worded email and cc'd SEC and believe me, nothing is happening. No response from anyone. Nigeria is such an interesting country. What else can I do please?

'Talk' to the SEC in your email and ask them to investigate this thievery of your shares since you have missed the dividend date.

These were the people I kept disturbing with my emails till dboroh answered me. Lemme know when you see this so I can delete the emails.
