Not sure it works this way. Fundamentals should be what drives a stock price and in the long run determines viability.

That said, I dont understand why the NGX is the way it currently is.

Imagine if on Monday NGX say they are postponing the new rules implementation after so many have sold shares at a loss in readiness for the take off. I hope that does not happen.

Royalex is not an insurance firm. Its a financial services company.
It however owns an insurance subsidiary, Rex insurance.

The ₦485.88 billion raised will literally clear the borrowings while the remaining current liabilities can be cleared from the Q3 profit.

I doubt DS will drop below ₦60. IF it does, we'll be waiting... smiley

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by megawealth01: 7:14pm On Aug 14
NGX has shown Ava Capital that the market is not a jamboree. The bears came in hard today, pushing the stock down to close at ₦7.20.

If the broader NGX market does not recover and move higher by Friday, August 21, Ava Capital could be heading toward a new price level below its current listing price.

Everybody wants to come to the NGX but the market rewards those who understand and operate within its rules. The NGX is not a place for speculation without strategy. It rewards discipline, patience, proper analysis and respect for market forces.

In the stock market, you don't just enter because you see an opportunity. You must understand the game before you play it.
