Guys I need help / advice from experienced people
Last year I did my first biometrics for UK study visa 18th December there was no response until I withdrew the application February

Applied again and did biometrics may 11th same delay issue again but this time no additional documents request or interview invite, they only reached out to my bank which the bank confirmed they responded June 15, after doing a lot of paid mails and getting same generic response, I filed official complaint on the ukvi website as well as reached out to my school complaining about the delay , the school reached out to ukvi and on July 29 th ukvi responded telling the school that my application is at the last stage and I'll hear from them soon

I responded to an open paid mail July 31st and they still have me the awaiting decision response
Fast forward to August 10th ukvi responded to my complaint telling me that a decision was made on my application July 28th and was sent to my email meanwhile I didn't receive any emails concerning decision made, In short I logged into my evisa portal as I created an account in January and it was still stucked with my old withdrawn application ( meaning either the decision sent was unsuccessful or it was negative)

I forwarded the complaint Mail to the school and they were surprised that I still haven't heard from ukvi since they last reached out , so the school reached out to ukvi again to resend the email to me or send to them, we're still waiting for ukvi's response till now , I don't know what other measure to take for them to send me my decision email because I didn't receive anything in my mailbox till now
Meanwhile on Friday they sent me a ukvi survey email which I heard they only send to people they're done with their application


Right now I don't know if my application was approved or denied and I don't know what further step to take for these guys to resend the decision email that failed to drop in my mail

Did you check ur spam or junk mail? Also create another ukvi account with ur new gwx number

Ok I'll give it a try let me see how it'll go,
Because even when complaint team told me they were done and ukvi told my school they were done too, the international contact center was still saying my application was awaiting decision as at July 31st, so that's what made me sceptical about doing a paid call initially as they seem to have little or no knowledge about people's applications but I'll try the paid call tomorrow and see if they'll escalate it

When you login into your UKVI account, you should be seeing your recent and previous applications. All you need to do is to click on the most recent application and try to link your evisa.
The survey email sent to you is a sign that a decision was made and likely positive.
So try to view your evisa by linking the application. All the best.

So how can I view my recent application on my ukvi account because it's only the previous one that's showing, no sign of the new application in my ukvi account
