But logical thr is nothing to communicate when the market price has dropped seriously against proposed RI price
Abi you want him to announce new RI price or cancel it completely. Sugar waited till price was far above it targeted RI
You can see what happened to toni when he did RI above market price.
It is obvious when he meets his targets for production and serious improvement in results then he can make any announcement. Abi thr was specified time frame for the RI so nobody can claim delay.....lol
Don't forget the RI has target amount it want to raise and targeted OS dilution too

I guess seeking to list on another exchange is to enable them raise equity/debt capital in dollars/euros.
They need huge funds to clear the commercial loans costing billions in finance costs thereby draining profits.
