That 13 million, no use am marry at all, if worse come to worse, and you don't know what to do eith it, go and buy acres on land in a reliable place, you can buy like 50 acres, plant cash crops and forget the rest, in next 60 to 100 yrs, you might not need to work again. Go plant cocoa, or plantain, pineapple, kola, rubberc ashew, coconut, sugar cane. Another investment you can do is go into importation and importation of goods or go into production.

@OP - Do not build any house yet, even with your land, the money is not enough. Do not marry yet or even at all, it will slow you down and you won’t get to your destination on time.

At 31, you’re still very young. Trust me, there are people in their 50’s that are still single & hopeful.

Abi you want to rush into marriage and rush out like many are doing nowadays?
