Stockpromoter:
The AGM resolutions are out, but the market is now looking beyond the resolutions.

What investors are waiting for is another disclosure on the actual progress of JapaulGold’s mining operations — where the project stands, what has been achieved, and how close we are to actual gold production/revenue.

That could be the real catalyst the market is waiting for.

AGM resolutions are one thing; tangible mining progress is where the real value lies.
Don't even think progress regarding construction of the refinery is material for AGM resolutions

Na you dey worry yourself. What were you expecting to see about gold production in the AGM communiqué?
From what we heard, comments about gold at the AGM was just to provide info to shareholders who are curious.

Stockpromoter:
“😂 My brother, na the same golden part I dey find o! AGM resolution came out, but that ‘gold’ we dey expect — the kind wey go make market sit up — I never see am yet. Loco is still on the watchtower. 👀🧐”

Na the Gold information go make Japaulgold trade very well @ Ngx.
Although there is now evidence of factory which increased market activities on the stock some months ago.
Market needs updates from Japaulgold now.

The key updates to watch are:
🥇 1. Gold Exploration Results
The market wants to see actual results from JapaulGold’s gold projects — especially evidence of significant gold resources.
🏭 2. Gold Mining & Processing Progress
When will mining and processing activities move from development into actual production?
💰 3. Deployment of the ₦7.48bn Capital
Investors will want to know exactly how the funds raised are being deployed — equipment, mine development, processing facilities, exploration, etc.
⛏️ 4. Actual Gold Production
This is the BIG one. Moving from “gold exploration” to actual commercial gold production and revenue could significantly change market sentiment.
📑 5. New Dredging/Mining Contracts
JapaulGold’s existing business is still generating revenue. Any major new contract could provide another catalyst.
👔 6. Insider/Director Buying
Meaningful buying by insiders after the AGM would be a strong confidence signal to the market.
⚠️ 7. Future Capital Raising
The market will also watch for details of any further fundraising and the potential dilution to existing shareholders.

Epistle of meaningless gibberish from an ill mannered person who's quick to throw invectives. I have 5 million units of Japaul and plan to buy more if price substantially reduces. If you don't believe in Japaul that's your business. Don't insult those who do.
You may wish to quote where I marketed Japaul here if you find. "You people" is hasty generalization. Loco believes in Japaul and clearly isn't forcing you to so do.. let him be
p.s. he got some right and got some wrong.. I will advise him from now to start adding "not financial advice" to his posts
When Mega recommended Deap Capital when price was sub N1 he was vilified for recommending a stock with no fundamentals. The rest is history
Take your own advice. . .

Jagaban data boys don start campaign work... But how has this helped the masses even the Nigeria Stock Exchange reforms

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by megawealth01: 2:20pm On Aug 25
The sufferings of the masses should make Jagaban come to their rescue instead of paying data boys to be online 24hrs... He still has time to correct things and win the favours of the masses...

Have you seen Nigerians..... A lawmaker bought orthopedic mattresses and over fifty fans for a hospital in his constituency....they vanished and the people were being treated on the floor.....

Truth be told if governors did 75% of reforms done by the FG Nigerians would be very happy....but see they're comforted doing anyhow.

The FG brought CNG out....only a handful of governors embraced it. That alone would have reduced cost of transportation by 70%! But no they didn't touch it.

In fact a State parked the CNG buses they were given in the same sport since 2024....

Governors are the real problems with Nigeria.

What trash is this one. What is no Nigerian government has ever helped the masses. Thr is no kind of rubbish I won't hear from people supporting this government. What other thing did u want from the past government beside making standard of living good for majority, protecting lives and property. And Nigerians did not have that in obj,Yar'adua and gej government. When they want to destroy gej government they introduced insecurity which is now consuming them too
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Streetinvestor2: 3:50pm On Aug 25
How will the governors work when the federal government through her agencies not allow the people of the state choose the governor they deserve. That is equally how the governors decide idiot's who become lga chairmen

I dont know how old you are but I recount the era of Shagari very well. There is scarcity of essential commodities, essenco it was called then. Up till this government no Nigerian government has served the masses well. All they do is give the masses hope. The masses are the ones at the receiving end of their never ending "reforms".
Obi and Atiku will not offer anything different.
And you should also know how to reply to peoples comment without being disrespectful. What I am saying is my opinion.

I am 20 yrs now but I remember how I use to spend kobo to ride bike round primary school field in the North in the 80s.
This one has the record of the worst president I have known since I was born @ 20yr now..lol.
I have never seen my neighbours go through what they are witnessing. This is not to flex but just to eat with thr fmly. The majority of deaths happening around neighbourhood is because people can not afford hospital bills so they die from complications from diseases after trying self medications

Transcorp at 36 naira looks interesting to take a punt on it. Any particularly strong negative against Transcorp apart from its current TrancorpPower earnings/receivables red flag, and general Market bearish sentiment?

Just curious and willing to learn from more experienced head (thanks)

That is not feasible. It takes 3-4 years of efficient construction to build gas fired thermal plant. This is not possible before election.

I do not think there is anything that can be done. Such project ought to have started when he first took over, even if it had started at such perfect time it would not be be ready for commision now.

I think we should be realistic of what government can actually achieve so that we won't be running around circle from one fail promise to the other. even obi said power cannot be fixed in 4 years.

People are simply holding him accountable for the campaign promises and commitments outlined in his manifesto. Are you suggesting, based on your analogy, that Tinubu knew he could not resolve the electricity crisis within 4yrs, yet deliberately campaigned vigorously on the issue and made those promises primarily to win the 2023 election? So to him it was all a campaign strategy rather than a genuine concern to actually fix it.

If he genuinely intended to address the electricity problem, one would expect the process to have commenced immediately after he assumed office same way he did with the subsidy removal. By now, the projects could potentially have been at an advanced or even final stage. He could also have pointed to the progress made as part of his campaign for a 2nd term, which would have strengthened his case for re-election and made the campaign much easier.

And this brings me back to your analogy: if 4yrs is not sufficient to address the electricity crisis, what is the justification for giving him another 4yrs that won’t still be enough for him to fix the issue? That’s if he even intend to

My sister, it is very possible. There are energency power barges/plants with 500-1500 MW capacity that the govt can purchase and deploy within a short time, less than a year. Countries like Ghana did that a few years ago when they had power shortage. You dont have to build it yourself from the scratch.
