The last time I posted, I compared SEPLAT and OANDO and this is my verdict:

"Oando, on the other hand, is a speculative turnaround story. Early signs of recovery are visible, but the numbers show it is not yet a genuine competitor to Seplat on fundamental strength. Its extremely low P/E reflects the market's scepticism, not value."

Also, for transparency sake, I won't add to a loosing steak of about 20% in my portfolio while there are other equally good choices.
