WhizdomXX:I actually wrote the GTL Registrars then ( now it Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions that is charge). Explaining to them that i own Oceanic Bank shares (10,000 units), it was them that replied me that my 10,000 in Oceanic was equivalent to 533 units of Ecobank shares (they never told me the conversion rates). They eventually requested from proof of identity which i furnished them. But, my stockbroker removed my Oceanic bank from my list of stocks owned ( but never replaced it with Ecobank). It was actually a back and forth email with the registrar before they paid me all the outstanding dividends ( though very small amount due to the tasere units i own). So, i will advise you to write the current Registrar. I hope this was helpful. Lesson learnt : Shares matter is approached with patience, there are so many ups and down. But, your ability to be focused, patient, consistent and persistent in the long run pays. The digital age has also helped. |

WhizdomXX:Laminate the Oceanic share certificates and hang them in your sitting room. Or better still, donate them to a museum close to you so that new generation of children can see how a share certificate looks like. You are welcome. |

Allaji really knows how to compete in business. In 2024 when his refinery started operating there was a number of people who announced that they were going to build refineries. There were at least 2 major ones in the South West. Alhaji then said he has plans to double the capacity of his. Now clearly it is easier for him to double his capacity than for a new refinery to be built at a fresh location. Alhaji already has a lot of infrastructure in place, he has the experience and can raise capital easier. Since Alhaji's doubling announcement I haven't heard anymore from those new refinery people. In fact, it remains to be seen if NNPC will go ahead with the rehabilitation of the government refineries after the election. They are yet to go beyond signing an MOU, whereas Alhaji has already signed several contracts for his refinery expansion and is raising capital. |

As seen on the internet MTN Nigeria my lawyers will be sending a letter to your office I will want a well detailed explanation as to why my private number was used for dangote IPO advert without my consent,my number which is linked to my NIN was used without my consent and I will not take this likely…I will need explanations and if your explanation don’t make sense to me we will meet in court 2:the whole dangote IPO thing looks like a Ponzi scheme to me,if aliko dangote cares about Nigerians to the point where he wants to sell shares of his refinery for as low as 5000 naira plus then he should just bring down the price of CEMENT,PETROLEUM PRODUCTS,RICE,SUGAR, the price crash of this will make life easier for everyone,ANYWAYS @mtn get ready © VeryDa4kM*n (VDM)

PETERiCHY:In 2014 when EXCHANGE rate was #200. SEPLAT did IPO at ₦576 per share, their Outstanding Shares was just 500m units Then you needs a minimum of (#1,000,000) One million naira to be qualified. And everything was done in SECRECY without NOISE. Today EXCHANGE rate is #1400 And SUDDENLY Aliko Dangote was to make every Dick, Tom & Harry Rich with just #5250 via his Dangote Refinery IPO with a whooping 125billion Outstanding Shares. He flooded every SOCIAL MEDIA SPACE with his IPO ADVERT including UNSOLICITED SMS messages just to make NIGERIANS rich. Meanwhile he COULDN'T reduce the PRICES of his Cement, Petrol, Rice to AMELIORATE the SUFFERINGS of the MASSES. NIGERIANS will LEARN a NEW THING. BARGAIN HUNTERS TAKE NOTE!

emmanuelewumi:There’s a reason old investors tend to own a little bit of almost everything: they understand that every asset has its time. When gold moves, it moves violently. And over the last three years, few major asset classes have matched its performance. You don’t need to predict which asset will move next. You just need to own it before it does. |

As seen on the internet INTBREW For those who sent me private messages, let me highlight that the proposed 50k capital return is not expected to be subject to a 10% WHT. Why? Because a Return of Capital is NOT a distribution of profit which is traditionally made from a company's retained earnings/RE, but a capital repayment/reimbursement. (in this case, from the coys share premium A/c) This is also in line with the country's tax laws as managed by the NRS (previously FIRS) For context, INTBREW retained earnings/RE has been negative, a situation that will be taken care of by the proposed share capital reorganization exercise. This also means that the equity price will NOT be marked down on the qualification date of September 16, 2026. You can see the Capital Return exercise as a sought of Compensation to shareholders. It is well

*5-stock watchlist* 📊 Here’s the breakdown: *The 5 Selected Stocks & Key Metrics* 1. *GTCO*: Net Profit Ratio 37.4%, P/E Ratio 5.4x, 10-Day RSI 47.8. 2. *Mansard Insurance Plc*: Net Profit Ratio 3.4%, P/E Ratio 29.8x, 10-Day RSI 47.3. 3. *Neimeth Plc*: Net Profit Ratio 12.2%, P/E Ratio 33.2x, 10-Day RSI 40.8. 4. *NPF Microfinance Bank Plc*: P/E Ratio 7.2x, 10-Day RSI 22.5. Note: Oversold territory. 5. *Transcorp*: Net Profit Ratio 24.7%, P/E Ratio 4.5x, 10-Day RSI 31.5. Note: Approaching oversold. *Market Context* 1. *Broader market*: Nigerian equities dropped 1.6% due to profit-taking across almost all sectors. 2. *Investor focus*: Shifting to companies with *strong earnings + stable dividend yields*. 3. *Big event to watch*: The ongoing *$1.6 billion Dangote Refinery IPO*. *Key Takeaways* 1. *Undervalued Leaders*: *Transcorp* and *GTCO* stand out. Both trade below intrinsic value with single-digit P/E ratios and strong NPR — 24.7% and 37.4% respectively. 2. *Oversold Signal*: *NPF Microfinance Bank* with RSI 22.5. RSI < 30 typically signals oversold, so it could be a near-term rebound candidate or price floor. *Quick Interpretation* - *Value + Profitability*: GTCO and Transcorp look strongest on both profit margin and valuation. - *Technical bounce potential*: NPF MFB could see buying interest if the oversold condition reverses. - *Higher valuation*: AXA Mansard and Neimeth have much higher P/E, so growth expectations are already priced in. |

megawealth01:This is what I have been saying all this time. If Dangote feels aa richest black man he wants to create wealth or help Nigerians who are struggling. He he should reduce the prices of his goods and stop this exploitative pricing. His goods are bought in large volumes and needed by many households. He should take little profit margin for those goods. Imagine if the price of cement can just drop.Do you know what it will mean to many Nigerians trying to build small houses and even effect on rents. The market segment your products control in those particular goods gives you monopolistic advantage This particular ipo remains for his selfish purpose looking at the OS structure. And how he wants poor Nigerians to hold 10 units just because he is targeting 10 million shareholders base.He just want foot soldiers to support his shout anytime he has unfavourable decisions by any government. I remember how during Muslim fasting that they carried out for alhaji to reduce the price of sugar and he refused. Then Rabiu was ready to reduce. He went into media war against Rabiu and his company. Any company which tries to reduce cement price he goes into media war against such company....like bue cement |

The return on stocks like Presco and Okomu beat gold in the last 20 years. The return on United Capital beat gold in the last 12 years The return on Seplat beat gold in the last 10 years |

PETERiCHY:As a matter of fact the stock price of Seplat was either flat or dipped for the first 4 years when it was listed. Yours truly bought Seplat for N300 instead of the IPO price of N576, some investors were even lucky to get it cheaper. If this happened with a stock with a total outstanding shares of 600 million, I can't imagine what will happen with a stock with over 124 billion outstanding shares |

emmanuelewumi:The appetite of the stock market in 2014 was different from what obtains in 2026. In 2014, a lot of people had not recovered from the 2008-2010 global financial crisis. Most investors and even companies ''shied away'' from stock market. Only a few people, like you, still managed to be active. So Seplat could be described as being 'bold'' to even try a PO in 2014. The story is no longer the same as the market seems to have recovered substantially from the 2008-2010 crisis. The appetite has gone up again If Dangote had tried this refinery PO in 2014, it could have been under-subscribed and probably failed. |
