mikeapollo:Why wasn't he commenting on the points raised in the AGM? No be by force to be a shareholder of OANDO The floor is always open to exit if he's tired of Wale... His comments aren't centered on observation or issues with OANDO, it's obsession. |

Streetinvestor2:He said someone paid it into his account and that the funds aren't his own (i stand to be corrected). I'm not saying he's guilty, I'm not saying he's innocent.. I'm saying you can't prove a darn thing.. so where does that leave his opponents? Empty handed.. Atiku just wasting money. All that'll be achieved is some embarrassment here and there |

Then he shouldn't prevent them from opening his documents in court na. What is he now hiding? Na person mouth you wan dry believe for politics. A particular candidate is fond of saying ' Go and Verigy'...why can't a sitting president say such? Please tell yourself the truth and stop sounding weird. SonofElElyonRet: |

BabsO2:Dividend based on 2027 accounts. They made reference to retained earnings of negative N62b per 2026 accounts. Please take note that the figures they mentioned are under ''Company'' and not under ''Group''. They seem to be cleaning the books of the ''Company'' to enable them pay dividend. Just my opinion, I may be wrong though |

Bruh, is the current speaker reading from ChatGPT? Why is he giving us advantages of a virtual meeting? What is happening? Is this a real meeting? Very cringe. |

Meanwhile can one buy dangote refinery shares in one's personal name and also with one's business name (business name is same as the proprietor unlike limited liability company which a legal entity)? |

SonofElElyonRet:Yes, you can potentially subscribe for Dangote Refinery shares personally and also through a CAC-registered Business Name, but the Business Name is not a separate legal entity from you as its proprietor. Whether both subscriptions can be treated as separate IPO applications depends on the IPO’s KYC/BVN/CSCS and multiple subscription rules, so it should be confirmed with an approved Receiving Agent before applying. |

mikeapollo:Meaning in the year 2028? The managements are not really helping the minority shareholders. |

OandO AGM Mr Wale just reiterated this: "We will resume dividend payment next year with a minimum target of 5% [averaging 10% as we proceed] on the share price of the day..." BabsO2: |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mikeapollo: 11:38am On Sep 17 |
yMcy56:Anyone can comment on the form and substance of the AGM. He chose to comment on the form. We all cannot do the same thing. Even Wale himself would not use the words ''nasty'' on any shareholder asking whatever questions. Would you even use these words on a shareholder if you were the CEO sitting at the AGM? |

See how you are passionate about a mere candidate whose life is an open book, but not about a sitting president with no verifiable job or source of income before politics. Nice one. GeeKudi: |

mikeapollo:Mike why are you not addressing Mega instead? Are you his mouthpiece? See the way Oga Emma for instance is commenting with figures... I think minding your business is also a good business. ** The "block button" is always available for your use and his use. |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by mikeapollo: 11:43am On Sep 17 |
thebargainhunte:Normally, dividends for a year are paid after end of the year But they may decide to pay some interim dividends in 2027 if the Q1 or H1 results are very good. |
| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by megawealth01: 11:44am On Sep 17 |
I will have to simply BLOCK you so you stop seeing my annoying comments/posts... I stopped blocking people but will have to start again since some persons don't know how to be WISE online... Whether you are a man or a woman, learn to be civil even in disagreement... WALE is not doing well to minority shareholders and he must be told the bitter truth... He was supposed to make that AGM physical so that people can vent their disappointments not arranging praise singers and people that will appear to give him fake HEAT |
