The distribution will be highly right-skewed. The median order value << mean order value. Na dem Otedola and co ordered most of the IPO. LoL chimex38: |

As seen on the internet The lying machines have suddenly realized that their position on fuel subsidy is deeply unpopular. Now the dance around “restoring” subsidy has begun, vague promises, convenient reversals, and dishonest attempts to rewrite their own records. They can no longer sustain their past positions anywhere, whether in the North or the South. As public anger grows over the consequences of subsidy removal, they keep shifting, twisting and grifting, hoping Nigerians will forget what they said and what they supported. We have been consistent since the beginning of life, fuel subsidy should never have been removed in the first place. We will restore it transparently and confront the corruption and profiteering that were used as excuses for punishing ordinary Nigerians. They are shifting because the people remember. We are not shifting. #Sowore2027 © Omoyele Sowore

presiade:Dangote and the issuers know this already. That's why they are clamoring for as much as 10million different co-owners even accross Africa. Assumption: If the average retail buy-in from common man both from Nigeria and Africa is: ₦100,000 (worth of shares) * 9,990,000 commoners ≈ circa.₦1tn. Let's Assume: Otedola + Davido + Elumelu + institutional investors, etc make up the remaining 10,000 shareVIPs Average VIPs contributing ₦10bn* 10,000 VIPs =₦100trn. Assumed Allocation method: The 9,990,000 commoners will get their full allotment shares worth ₦1trn Since Dangote needs ₦2.15trn + 30% extra= ₦2.8trn 2.8trn - 1trn = 1.8trn This 1.8trn will be shared amongst the 10,000VIPs. Thus, each VIP will get shares worth ₦180million rather than the ₦10bn they desire. Over ₦9.892bn will be returned to each VIPs. With the ₦180million worth of shares, each VIP will still get a very large number of shares compared to any commoner. Conclusion: So yes, you will definitely be right if this assumption were true or close enough. The larger amount of shares will still be skewed towards the VIPs with the money bags despite a larger share of their money refunded. |

Don’t worry, he’s going to disappoint you on that LoL. The regulatory basis of allotment will not allow you to get your full number of shares you requested. Mpeace: |
