Today is the last day of the month and also the end of third quarter. Normally, I expect some fund managers to do some window- dressing for their clients for the market to look upwards. But, you may never know with Ngx, especially with the red that was witnessed yesterday.

Zenith bank, Fidelity Bank, Access Bank, Stanbic IBTC bank, UBA etc are yet to release their Q2 results. Before October 31st, companies are expected to release Q3 results. It is about time the regulators should be fined for delayed results grin

Though, it is not over yet as these companies still have today. All 👀 are on NGX disclosure. We are watching and waiting.

I wish you all a happy last day of the month. grin

Don't bother to buy directly from Morgan Capital, it's waste of time...not even sure you can buy directly from Morgan.

I-Invest directly from NGX or Bank Apps are much better, simple and quicker to use.

https://www.invest.ngxgroup.com/

** If you register on I-Invest, you can still be using the channel to be continuously buying other offers that may come out thereafter.

** I assisted a relative to register and purchased FCMB Public Offer and I've been using it to buy other Offers that comes out and they're interested in.
** You can be checking it regularly for any Offer that comes out and you might not even be aware of, it's always listed there..... including Rights Issues.
I have subscribed for the IPO few days ago but more funds became available. Do you know if one can still put another entry or a top-up and how one can go about it?

Looks like he is looking for all sorts of reasons to stop or force banks to reduce dividend payments for a couple of needs.

i have mentioned it here a couple of times. Everything is already bordering on regulatory overreach. This (regulatory overreach) is one of the major reasons of discounted value of Nigerian banks when compared to African peers even before current management, although current one has even upped the thing now.

Wale Tinubu pushes investment in Nigeria’s $6.4bn creative industry

Oando Plc Chief Executive Officer, Wale Tinubu, has called for increased investment in Nigeria’s creative industry, describing the sector as a major untapped economic opportunity capable of generating more value for the country.

Tinubu made the call while speaking to business leaders at the U.S.-Nigeria Council breakfast on the sidelines of the 81st United Nations General Assembly in New York.

He said Nigeria’s creative industry, currently valued at about $6.4bn, had demonstrated significant global commercial potential, particularly through the growth of Afrobeats and other creative exports.

“Our creativity,” Tinubu said, highlighting the industry’s potential.

He noted that Nigeria’s music industry alone generated more than $600m in 2024, while Afrobeats recorded over 2.2 billion streams globally on Spotify.

According to him, the major challenge facing the sector is not a shortage of talent but inadequate access to capital and commercial structures that would enable creators to retain more of the value generated by their work.

“The opportunity is to build the investment and commercial structures that enable our creators to retain more of the value they generate, build sustainable enterprises, and allow Nigeria to capture more of the value our talent is already creating globally,” he said

WHAT WILL THE MARKET DO TODAY!!!
Market likely to experience some cash outflows.

We will likely see pullback, but uptrend still intact.

Our stock of focus is mathematical derived, so has some level of reliability.
