The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) says the Dangote Petroleum Refinery produced 47.22 million litres of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) per day in September, with 28.5 million litres supplied to the domestic market.

NMDPRA disclosed this in its September 2026 ‘State of the Midstream and Downstream Fact Sheet’.

The data released on Thursday show that the refinery exported 15.47 million litres per day during the period.

According to the data, total daily production from the 650,000 barrels-per-day facility stood at 47.22 million litres per day, while domestic receipts accounted for 28.50 million litres.

For Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), the refinery production was 24.32 million litres per day, domestic receipts 8.14 million litres, and exports 15.91 million litres.

For Aviation Turbine Kerosene (ATK), production was 26.13 million litres per day, with exports of 23.25 million litres per day.

These show that while petrol supply tilted towards the domestic market, accounting for about 60 per cent of the refinery’s total output for the month, diesel (AGO) and jet fuel (ATK) were largely export-oriented.

“Petrol evacuation (domestic and export) ran 3.25 ml/d below production, raising closing stock. AGO and ATK exports outperformed domestic supplies. Petrol exports represented 35.2 per cent of refinery evacuation,” NMDPRA said.

Based on this information, my AI estimates that Dangote made $3.1 Billion from these products in September only.

🚨🔥 THOMAS WYATT — ₦5 TARGET ON MY RADAR! 🔥🚨

This is one penny stock I am watching with serious interest! 👀📈

💥 5 MILLION UNITS traded at ₦2.40 in a single transaction. Price has since moved to ₦2.60!

🎯 MY TARGET: ₦5!

With a potentially limited free float, sustained buying pressure could make the price move sharply if available shares become scarce and buyers continue chasing the stock.

🔥 THE CATALYST WATCH:
📌 Q2 results anticipation.
📌 Potential supply-demand imbalance.
📌 Renewed momentum if resistance levels give way.

From ₦2.60 to ₦5 would represent approximately 92% upside — but Thomas Wyatt must prove the setup with sustained demand and a confirmed breakout.

👀 Keep this stock on your radar. If momentum builds, the market could get very interesting!

THOMAS WYATT — FEWER SHARES AVAILABLE, MORE BUYERS CHASING? ₦5 IS THE TARGET I'M WATCHING! 🚀🔥

Ogbeni, you need to shut up and try to learn. It is the same IPO that Dangote is offering that the regulators in Ethiopia want only Qualified Investors to invest in. How hard can that be to understand? Abi you think say you smart pass their regulators? Which kind thing be this? huh

In your rush to want to be right and look like the smartest guy in the room, you keep embarrassing yourself. Learn to be quiet and learn when more informed people are talking angry
There really isn't any need for high emotions here.

It's an IPO in Nigerian and this open to all
It's a GDR in most other markets and thus might have regulatory restrictions on who can participate.

That $30 billion loss was just a -0.5% overall return on a massive $2.3 trillion fund. Even though their equities actually gained 0.5%, the bond market turbulence dragged the whole fund down.

That is what Norway did with their oil and gas money. It is exactly why most of us are angry with our past leaders. They had the same resources, but instead of building a generational wealth fund, they squandered it.
For the second paragraph of your comment, largely because:
1. We have leaders that have no vision.
2. A fall out of number 1 is sub leaders that will take the FG to court over any plan for such future investments.
3. A faulty Federalism ably supported by an ambiguous, ill- thought out constitution.

Was is not just like yesterday when some States took the FG to court about sharing what was in the sovereign wealth account if I am not mistaken?

What greed cannot do does not exist.

They will still do same today and tomorrow whenever money accrues into the so called ''excess crude account''. The law has not been abolished!

That is how Nigeria made so much money in the early 1970s and we decided to award some irrational, reckless bonus to people and they used it to buy colour tv, motorcycle, sound systems, cars, marry more wives etc. All those things must have gone bad, damaged or destroyed now.

🚨 NEXT WEEK: THE WEEK OF INSURANCE BULLS! 🐂📈

Guinea Insurance is sighted at ₦0.93, while IEI is also consolidating ahead of a possible move.

If buying pressure strengthens into the close today, both stocks could finish on serious bids, setting the stage for a bullish start next week.

🔥 GUINEA + IEI: THE POSSIBLE LEADERS!

When these two penny insurance stocks start moving, watch how the rest of the insurance sector responds.

The recapitalization story is still a major catalyst to watch, and sector-wide momentum could attract fresh attention.

Next week, all eyes on insurance stocks! 👀🐂

Watch the closing bids, volume and follow-through. The bulls must confirm the move.
