pluto09:Oyedele in discussion with Dangote and importers to see if they can cap at around 1350 which would mean the average retailer should not buy above 1450 no matter what. However when prices fall, the pump prices would not fall immediately as they try to recoup. |

awesomeJ:The GDR gives the investors in that market access to the IPO. And haven’t the regulators in that market said only Qualified Investors can invest? Isn’t this what I have been saying? But that bozo is telling me that Qualified Investors only participate in Private Placements and that it must be a private placement. Just imagine saying this crap with confidence when you can just keep quiet when you don’t understand what is being discussed ![]()

megawealth01:These three stocks do not listen to TA analysis at Ngx. They only move with whales. 1.oando 2.Japaul 3.chams These stocks cases don pass be careful. How to make money with those stocks. Target a recent floor price and buy then have dose of patient for breakout. This may give you a sleepiness night. How Loco treat these stocks cases now. Loco will buy or top up any of these three only when they are breaking out with strong volumes. Breakout not yet sighted in any of them. Maybe Q3 results can help. Just jump and pass for now until you see any catalyst on ground |

| Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by ghm: 7:24pm On Oct 23 |
Stockpromoter:I have to ask: why come to the market to beg the public to buy shares, only to turn around and buy them out later? This is the Coronation Insurance situation. They are moving to buy out minority shareholders. In my view, this sends a terrible signal and could breed lethargy among the very retail investors that the government, SEC, and NGX are working so hard to attract. If you cannot obey the regulatory workload and scrutiny that comes with being a public company, why come out in the first place? If you need to increase your stake, why not initiate a share buyback to enhance share value and company valuation? If you suddenly have more money, why not use it to expand the business or enhance shareholder value? Buying out investors at will sends a chilling signal to serious investors about the risk of putting money into Nigerian companies. |
