Always lying while doing your twists and turns.
You’ve shifted from your original lie—that the man claimed there was no engineering design for the project—to now talking about the national budget. What’s the correlation? That was your first post on this subject, and you clearly lied that he said there was no engineering design for the project. Now that you’ve been caught with your hand in the cookie jar of misinformation, you’re trying to wriggle out with your leg.
Mr. Mike Conjunctivitis, you lie too much.
There is no single engineering design for the project. It is a FACT!
You don't know the correlation?
A comprehensive engineering design should have captured the full scope of the project; and the costing. The costing determines the total amount to be be spent, which will then be split into what can be accommodated annually in the national budget over the lifetime of the project.
Any amount to be spent in a year should have been captured in the national budget.
That is the correlation between engineering design, costing and the national budget (as far as the project is concerned)
There is no lie in what I said.

This is not the first time a major road is being built in Nigeria, for God's sake

There is no single engineering design simply means: “We don’t have a single design encompassing the entire project at once but we present the designs by sections”. This was my first understanding when I read even just the headline, I don’t know how you are interpreting it.
If you want to get design for the entire project at the beginning, you may spend a lot of time on design when you could easily begin and close off m the Lagos to Ondo axis which are less challenging.

Yawns...
The man said one thing, but you claimed he said another. Now, in your endless twists and turns, you’re telling us he shouldn’t have said what he said—because in your opinion, the project should have had a single design.
The question remains: why lie in the first place?
And even on your "single design" argument—it collapses on contact. In the design of even a single apartment, you can have structural designs, HVAC designs, plumbing designs, electrical designs, layout designs, and so on. A project of this scale naturally involves multiple design documents.
All these twists and turns cannot mask the hate in your heart.

The honourable thing to do is to accept that you misunderstood him. There are even road projects with different sections that are awarded to different contractors. Do you expect to have one single design and costings?

You get time to dey explain
Na the Prof of engineering called umehi dey design the road as his senses/ emotions pleases
If he woke besides one small girl from kaduna in a good mood. He decides to make a portion 6 or 4 Lane with train services in the middle
If another day he eats the wrong ofoda rice he will decide to shift the road to left or right on different direction.
The day he wakes and like Dangote face.He will call concrete road .The day he feel what the heck is happening today and did not get enough sleep. He will announce asphalt for a portion.
That is how 750 kilometres of the road keeps changing in his head and at site
Go and verify from him using any female to access him..lol

Theoretically speaking, you may sound correct. But that is where the problem is coming from.
It is better to do the design for the entire project first; and have a complete picture of all the potential issues, challenges, requirements, costs etc.
There is no need to rush if the goal is to serve the nation because any other govt can also come and continue even if this govt is unable to finish it.

The absence of a comprehensive design (before the award of the project), is why they are now trying to adjust the route as a result of difficult terrain. This would have been discovered and addressed at the the design stage.
Now, what they doing is to get onto the site, do a design for 45-50km and build. Then they do another design for the next section 40-50km and build. So they are doing piecemeal design and build. This creates huge problems and makes the project cost, timeline, etc. unpredictable.

🚀 AVACAP: ANOTHER STRONG CATALYST JUST DROPPED! 💥📈

AVACAP has added another positive development to its investment story!

📢 NEW CATALYST: DIVIDEND POLICY ADOPTION

AVA Capital Plc announced on 26 October 2026 that its Board has approved a new dividend policy targeting a payout of 35%–70% of Profit After Tax (PAT), subject to financial performance, liquidity, capital adequacy and regulatory requirements.

🔥 Why this matters:

✅ Shareholder reward potential: The policy establishes a framework for returning part of the company's profits to shareholders.

✅ Improved investor confidence: A formal dividend policy signals a commitment to transparent corporate governance and sustainable shareholder value.

✅ Growth and expansion: AVACAP intends to balance shareholder returns with reinvestment, strategic initiatives and business expansion.

✅ Multiple catalysts: With this new dividend policy added to the company's growth story and recent financial performance, investors have another development to monitor.

🎯 LOCO'S TAKE: AVACAP is building a more compelling investment narrative. A dividend policy, growth ambitions and shareholder-value commitments could strengthen market interest if earnings and business performance support them.

⚠️ Important: The policy does not guarantee a dividend in any particular year. Actual payouts remain at the Board's discretion.

AVACAP WATCHLIST: More than just price action — watch the fundamentals, corporate developments and market demand! 🚀📊

As usual! Defending the indefensible!
So you think different contractors can just go to the site to build whatever they like? There is an overall engineering design from the beginning so that the total costs, scope, etc is known before each contractor is asked to do their section(s).
The overall engineering design is the Master plan design that guides how the project should proceed. Not just anyhow

Your criticism is mostly born out of ignorance and your unyielding belief that you are always right, even in conversations where you have no single evidence different from what the opposition disseminate on social media.

I watched the interview when the anchor mentioned the absence of the EIA Report and when the Minister responded that Arise TV has a copy of the report, the anchor couldn't controvert him. This shows that even the media is not diligent due to their partisanship.

The gazette is a publicly available document. The EIA report is publicly available. The coastal highway is not hidden. The media would rather feed into the mischievous narratives of the opposition rather than educating the public with the right information.

And I ask again, why is the scrutiny only about the Lagos Calabar Coastal Highway, why not Lagos Sokoto highway 😑

We all know the biggest problem with the coastal road is not at the South West terrain but that Bayelsa Delta Edo Ondo axis. You do the design for the Lagos axis and you start. The Lagos - Ogun axis is afterall the most economically important.

It has nothing to do with BAT. You only just brought him into the narrative.

Even US stocks that has been bleeding, BAT is responsible
The protest in France is also caused by BAT.
The global crude oil price uptick was caused by BAT.

I don’t know why you’re all allowing him to twist and turn away from his original argument. The question remains simple: why did he watch a video of what a man clearly said, and then lie that he said something else?

All these new arguments are completely detached from where he started. This is his established pattern. I remember one time how he once told a lie about tax; the moment he was caught, he immediately pivoted to filtering appointees from one particular tribe and shifted the entire argument to that, simply because his first lie had been exposed.
When dealing with that guy, the rule is this: once you catch him in a lie, press him hard on it—and never let him change the topic to an adjacent one.
