If you cant bathe with your lover then how do you bonk him/her? With clothes on and the lights out  ? Doesnt it bond and make for a more romantic relationship when things like bathing together are involved?I recommend a dual bubble bath with scented candles, some chocolate and of course a nice bottle of wine (or bubbly) at least once a week.
