negative energies coming back to roost or more like your negative karma coming back for payment are very precious gifts because it gives you the opportunity to lose dead weight and take another vital step upwards in your spiritual growth. the key is your attitude. having an attitude of gratitude and surrender to God enables you to withstand the negative wave without going under and at the end of it, you are much stronger after the experience. so the positives in the experience is the lessons you learn from it and the stronger that it makes you to becomes.

yes it has to do with your past lives. when a soul reincarnates and wears a new body, the veil covering the memories of previous past lives is not yet fully covered and soul still have glimpses of past lives as a child and this comes through as nightmares because the human mind can not comprehend those memories. but as the child grows older the veil becomes completely covered and the recalls ceases and then the soul can then concentrate on the present life It is living.

you have to realize that the spiritual journey is an individual journey and a lot of paths and religions has been provided to enable souls to embark on this journey choosing the path that fits them most. on the whole, no path is superior to the other as each has a role it is playing in the scheme of things in terms of the education soul needs.

so in every soul's individual journey the path that you need to walk at any point in time is shown to you as your next step and when you are through with it another step opens. for example soul A path may require passing from christianity to islam to buddhaism while soul B's path may require the opposite. it doesn't really matter the direction what matters is what you are learning in each path you find yourself and how it is turning you into a mature soul.

Eckankar does not teach you to fight people but rather to love all life even your sworn enemies you are to give back in return nothing but love. love is the most powerful protective shield any one can have. and you acquire this protective love shield by singing the HU, a love song to God.

every religion teaches an aspect of God and if you are serious in any religion you find yourself and study it well you will be able to pick out the real truth in it and practice it. and forget about mostly social issues which they argue about and which does not help you in any way in growing spiritually.

there is nothing to be confused about once your focus is on God. it is only the ego of man that comes in the way as man will always want to feel superior over his fellow man and lord it over him and man is always ready to do that using any means available to him be it religion or politics or anything else. God is not interested in whatever religion you profess and always looks into the heart to see those who really loves it and its creatures. it those who love God that It reveals itself to in a way they can appreciate and understand.

Initiation is simply a link-up with the Holy Spirit where you are opened up to the love of God to become its channel so that this love can flow to all life. it is a very serious commitment to the Holy Spirit and Its will and not to be taken lightly. you must spend some time working on the ECK disciplines before you can request for the initiation.

yes of course. but still remember that if you use any power negatively you will pay dearly for it.

dreams can mean a lot of things and can be telling you something in symbols. it is left for you to find out. all you need to do is to ask God the meaning of the dream and the answer will come.

i am yet to see those people you are talking about who suddenly become rich when they come into Eckankar. one thing with Eckists is that you may see them passing through life always smiling no matter what they are passing through and you may never hear them complain because we have come to have absolute inner reliance on God and follows Its will in our lives.

many people who see them with this attitude may think they are rich but it is actually spiritual riches and not the physical riches that people cherish so much. Eckist are not into ritual money because it a very negative action and any one who indulges in such pays dearly for it. seek ye first the kingdom of God and every other thing will be added onto you. there is no other path where you will find that statement being followed strictly as we do in Eckankar. it is always God first.

no. such props are not necessary because you are already a temple of God. rather you are taught how to go to the temple within where you experience the Holy Spirit as the Light and sound of God.

Reincarnation is a fact. and the benefit of knowing your past lives is that it enables you to realize that as soul you are immortal. soul wears the physical body as cloth in other to experience life on earth and when its schooling hours are over it simply drops the body and takes on another one to continue its schooling.

so this takes away the fear of death and also gives you a sense of responsibility because you realize that you are going to give account of your time on earth and where you have shortcomings will require you to reincarnate under some tough conditions in order to pay off the debt you created.

10. Who is lucifer?

Lucifer as is known in Christianity is the devil or Satan who tempts souls and try to lead them astray from God. in Eckankar we know him as the Kal. and he is the Headmaster of the lower worlds which are actually schools where souls are sent to learn and mature. it is the job of Kal to put these souls through trials and temptations to see if they have been able to learn the lessons they were sent to learn. Kal is working for God and they are not fighting at all. his job is to make sure that nothing that is impure enters the pure heavens. so as long as soul keeps on failing in the test given to It in the lower worlds it will keep on reincarnating to repeat those lessons over and over until it is ready to pass them and become a mature loving soul only then will it be able to enter the pure heavens and become a co-worker with God.

lucifer, devil, satan or kal are all the same. they represent the negative principle ruling the lower worlds.

And how did evil enters the world?

the world is exactly as God wants it to be. God created the lower worlds as worlds of duality, good and bad, man and woman, black and white etc. the reason why it is like that is to temper soul. as soul goes through the good and evil experiences it purifies and matures soul.

who give evil doers n all dis ritualist spiritual powers to toment others?

the powers that those people wield are called psychic powers and they are part of the powers which God has given to the Kal. these powers are used to tempt souls who value power and money more than learning the lessons of love. when they accept to use those powers they end up entraping themselves in the tight grips of kal and increasing their karmic debt which they will pay to the last kobo with interest.

such people who fall under the entrapment of using their fellow humans for money rituals should really be pitied. remember the third temptation of Jesus Christ where satan told him to bow down and worship him and he will give him the riches of the world. a lot of souls are falling into the trap of that same third temptation and paying dearly for it.

if every soul finishes their lessons then there will be no need for earth or the lower worlds. they will cease to exist. Kal too will go back to the pure heavens because his mission will have finished too. there is nothing like the lake of burning fire where evil souls and satan will burn for eternity. the lower worlds were created as school for souls to grow spiritually and become mature and once they mature and pass all the various tests set by kal then they are given entrance back home to the pure spiritual planes

3.how can i know my past live?

singing HU can help to unlock your past life memories. if you sing HU before you sleep, make a silent request to the Holy Spirit that you will like to have a past life recollection then go to sleep and watch your dreams.

If it is negative, how can i change it?

you can not change your past. it is a done deal. but you can change your future by making the right choices now.

my answer was not meant to convince or prove anything to you. it was just to state it as it is. the rest is up to you what you can glean from it. the problem you may be encountering may be due to the fact that you have not yet realized who and what you are and your relationship with the Holy Spirit. when Jesus Christ stated it in the Holy Bible it was as he stated it. first that the Holy Spirit will lead you to all truth and second seek and you will find,knock and it shall be opened to you, ask and you shall receive.

if you allow your mind to throw up obstacles and doubts then you will have problems accepting the truth even when it is placed on your palms.

if you want access to any knowledge, your past life included all you need to do is go into silent contemplative prayer and ask the Holy Spirit, then listen for answers which may come in several ways so you remain alert for them.
it is really that simply. it is not an academic exercise.
