I went to my SC and checked on the notice board and found some changes on the e-exam timetable, a bit different from the one on my portal with 2 of my courses on the same day and same time. is it possible for one to take the two courses at the same time or could it be a typographical error?

Call d attention of your SC admin/dir to it. It's either it's corrected or u are advised to prep to write the 2 simultaneously.
Either way, all da best
