Humn bro no be sooo. U know if we look at it critically Linda put herself in a tight corner. Tight corner in the sense that u can't say u want to leave my life and be in possession of my property without my consent. She ought to have notified Henry as per the pregnancy then they will talk about how they will go about it and if Henry wants to marry her fine otherwise after the pregnancy they will agree on how to take care of the baby and everyone will go his or her way matter end.

He asked ha calmly whether the baby was his, she said no he had to leave his business for the weekend n spent it So as to wait til Monday before getting the truth haba he tried.. atleast telling him the truth that day wouldn't b dad n again she can give him reasons for ha departure n den get things straight with him

Henry Joseph smiled as he began planning against the mother of his child.
The thought of having a child with Linda both delighted and made him proud.
He didn't just want the child back; he wanted her mother too. Because he knew she won't willingly come with him, he had to device a way to make her.
His first stop was at progressive schools. He was met by both the headmistress and the propreitor.
'I have a favour to ask you'
'anything mr Joseph, but just put good words of us to your sister'
Henry smiled. The headmistress kept baiting her eyes at him in seduction. She saw Henry as an apportunity to climb the ladder of the world of glamour.
'I want, miss James fired'
'Henry declared .
'that's not possible sir. I can't and won't fire her'
mr Donald told Henry evenly.
'you will sack her mr, or you deal with me'
'how can fire the woman i want to marry? Please make another request'
Henry looked dangerously at Donald. So Linda had already slept with this man. The thought of Donald's hands on his Linda nearly made Henry run mad.
He stood up.
'think, and think hard. I'm sure you wouldn't want me as your enemy.
You know me and you've heard tales of me. The ball is in your court'
'are you threatening me?'
Donald asked Henry.
'no, i'm advicing you'
The headmistress saw an opportunity.
'mr Joseph sir, Miss Linda had always been a pain to me. Thank God you saw right through her'
Henry managed to smile up at the silly woman. She took that as a yardstick to continue.
'I've always told the propreitor to evict her from this school. By mere looking at her, it is apparent that she is a prostitude.
Showing up here with a pregnancy and stubornly having a bastard of a daughter'
Henry angrilly banged his fist on a table.
'how dare you, how dare you call my daughter a bastard?'
'your daughter?'
the proprietor and headmistress cried out in unison.
'yes, my daughter'
'i'm sorry sir, have mercy'
The woman interjected remorsefully. If only she had known.
'sorry for yourself'
he told her and walked out.
As soon as he left, mr Donald stared disdainfully at the headmistress.
'you dare to antagonise me in front of mr Joseph, you are fired. I want you to leave my premises immediately'

Linda walked back home very distressed. Mr Donald had called her to the school immediately.
'miss Linda marry me'
'no'
she had replied.
'okay, you are fired'
'fired? On what ground?'
'your work is unsatisfactory'
linda looked furiosly at the man.
'that's a lie. We both know i am good. Okay, give me my money let me get going'
he paid her eighty thousand naira. Linda knowing she needed the money swallowed her pride and collected the extra month's pay.
'I will be able to pay my rent by tomorrow'
she reasured herself.

'what are you saying?'
Linda asked her Landlord.
'I said i'm renovating the whole house. I can't take your money. Rent another apartment'
'but this house needs no renovation'

Linda told him in frustration.
'are you lecturing me on how to manage my property?'
'no, i'm not'
'you have four weeks to leave my house. Four weeks, Miss James, not one day more'
how would she battle for Daisy's custody in court when she doesn't have a job or a house?
No court will listen to her plea.
After much delibration, Linda decided to use up her house rent money to hire a lawyer.
She didn't want to involve Tara. It will be like placing her between the devil and the deep blue sea.
After all, Henry was her beloved brother and Linda her friend. It won't be fair to her at all.
She had no choice but to call her dad and informed him that she was returning home with her child.
He was delighted. She promised to be home in two weeks; that will be after she sold off her properties.
Damn Henry, thank God he has left town. Linda sighed in blessed reliev
' i won't stand by and watch you take my daughter from me Henry. I will fight you dirtier'
Linda vowed.

Even his father was amazed. Henry returned to Abuja a changed man.
He refused to say what had happened in kogi. His laughter became more frequent. He lived like the Henry everyone knew.
Tara and Shan were all confused. Something is definately wrong. But what could it be?
