Hello people please i need some urgent help and insight on the authenticity of a survey.

I just received my survey done for a land i just purchased, surveyor told me it is a red copy(original and not a provisional one). but he sent the survey to me a couple of days ago and the survey is not embossed, it only has a stamp on it, but from the other surveys i have seen with my friends, i can see they are normally embossed( like an engrave), if u get my explanation.

Please is this a genuine red copy survey? its for a property in Ibadan

Hello

Work is taking me out of Lagos and I want to give out my one room self contain apartment to a lucky person. I paid for two years, but have only stayed for 8 months. I have also furnished the place a little, not excessively ooh.

The location is close to anywhere, and better suited to someone working on the Island. The lucky person to take the place will pay for all the things I have done on the apartment. My plan is to seal the deal before the end of October. Any interested persons, come and see!

Rent is cheap. I paid 500 for the two years - 450 as rent and agreement/commission and 50k deposit and I have spent about 500k or less on putting the place in order. We can however negotiate. Contact me quick, no more time

Ring me soonest or email projectsopadec@yahoo.com, 08025020066

Lawyer,

Thanks for all the good information you provide. Please I have a question for you. I have a property with registered deed of conveyance. If I sell it to someone else, will a simple transfer of ownership together with the deed be sufficient to close the transaction or do we have to prepare another deed in his name?

Yes sir,

A deed must be prepared in his name too.
