How many months did it take to grow

Months?
It blossomed daily and by the 4th week,it was already producing fruit that matured in another week or two
You won't believe how small this plant producing all this tomato is
Let me go outside and take a picture of it

Some ladies here don't buy tomatoes anymore

opella: . Thanks a lot, you are God sent. The vegetables available are pumpkin and Green.

1. Boil desired quantity of yam in a bigger pot (to allow for turning). Wen its done, transfer into a basket to sieve off water.
2. Heat the pot and then add adequate red oil (note that veges will soak up the oil)... allow to heat.
3. Add sliced onions, ground pepper, salt and maggi to taste, ukpaka if available and green vegetables(sliced... and no amount is too much) , stir.... at this point, ur oil has disappeared but it will reappear grin...
4. Allow mixture to cook for few minutes....
5. Add white yam, and turn to mix, using a wooden spoon...
Food is ready to be served... best eaten witout cutlery. wink

NB: crayfish is nt used... i have no idea why.
;Water is not added.... the veges cook wit their own water...

babyosisi: Cooking stew with tomatoes from my backyard
It's amazing how these things grow
Just two tomato seedlings I planted with some miracle grow
First time I ever planted anything in my life
This is the second small stew I am cooking with it
My daughter eats them raw
Let me cook it now before she eats them all

I pluck them while still green and leave them to ripen

Poverty in America!

Cooking unripe and malnourished tomatoes all in the guise of home farming grin

Babymama1 babyosisi ,are you out of job?

A box of ripe tomatoes cost between 2 to 5 dollars in Hay market,Boston.

lol, Tunshe which one is unriped malnourished tomatoes = poverty ? grin

You funny.

Doing your own farming is related to wealth because you have your own spacious home/backyard to do some farming.

Also you want to do away with some GM or pesticides food.

I look to plant my own greens.

Post some food for us to e-eat.
