mcstan_18: There's no other stage after the partner interview. Benchmarking is only a process whereby HR compares all successful candidates by juxtaposing your resumé, credentials, and performances at each of the stages of the recruitment process with that of your contemporaries.

This is usually done to ensure that the 'best' of all qualified candidates are selected from the pool of talents available for employment at each point in time (there isn't a foolproof assurance that this would be the case afterall, just a thing of professional judgment).

However, if the HR perceives that a person isn't good enough for his/her preferred unit due to better candidates vying for the same position, an offer to make an alternative switch to other units where there is/are available space(s) is usually made.

Hello, fellow nairalanders, I wrote the kpmg aptitude test in October 17 this year and I was told I passed. I chose FRM when I submitted my documents and my transcript has even been sent to them by my school. Has any one else who chose FRM been called for interview?

Its been more dan a month dt I received d benchmarking mail n av nt hrd anyfin 4rm kpmg since den. Cald HR n she kips telling me to calm down dt dey will still contact me whereas sum pple dt we did PI same time n sum dt even did after me av bin cald 4 medicals n even collected deir offer letters.

Bros sorry to burst your bubble, u can't work as a graduate trainee in KPMG without going through training school which holds sept every other year, about recruiting all year round yes they do, I started my process in january and my friend started hers october last year. So u know, thank u
