Its not necessary to delete and re upload but it just might earn you early clearance..You may have noticed people that uploaded after you are cleared before you that uploaded way before them.. I have a feeling the clearance system is a stack structure, like First in Last out..Perhaps they clear the most recent uploads first..

I'm not saying ya'll should start deleting oo..Just ma observation ni.. All thesame, everyone will be cleared..

By the way, I have a bag of knowledge I wanna pass on to interested ICS peeps..One 100L and one 200L(freshers oo, cuz the 200L stalites,I de hear say una knowledge too much already..)...1st to locate me in person gets it..
