Respect! I like men who know their way round the kitchen. I would've loved to try this recipe you came up with but unfortunately there are no small garden eggs in my location. All they have are eggplants (aubergines). Should I experiment with those? I need your expert advise, bro!

MY FINDINGS AND CONCLUSION

1. The soup was thick and heavy. This may be due to the grated garden eggs, the ogba, and of course, the egusi...

2. The soup had a "seedy" appearance which was obviously due to the garden eggs used,

3. There was a unique, pleasing taste the garden eggs offered, it gave the egusi a different taste from the usual,

4. The overall taste of the soup was FANTASTIC! (as confirmed by my colleagues).

Conclusion: I may not be wrong if I call myself an Experimentalist. I love trying out new things...just for the fun of it.

My garden eggs, cabbage, and egusi soup stunt was a huge success. In fact, one of my colleagues had to eat it twice that evening!

I encourage fellow Nairalanders to give this a try at home, I'm sure you all would enjoy it.

You are not only experimental, you are also meticulous. I particularly appreciate the way you have documented the experiment. You have left a bases for people to work upon. However, i think the palm oil was too much but that's my taste you may enjoy it like that. Please apply this attiude to other areas of your life.

Well done but i hope you are a nutritionist to avoid wrong formular that may amount to poisoning.

Growing up, we learnt that combining mango with garri can poison one. Just an example.

All the same well done.
