If you ask me, a cut-price of 15m thereabout for a proven player /worldcup winner, isn't a bad gamble, despite his supposed injury/ fitness concerns.

I also think he'll do way better than Mata in the hole.. and I don't think we need Khedira, Valencia played quite well in midfield.. if he continues like that, I don't think we'll need Khedira..

That's why the emphasis is on cut price. Despite his supposed injuries, he was one of the key players in Germany's worldcup triumph. I'd rather pay 15m for him than 45m for Vidal or strootman - Players I presently consider to be in the same category with khedira fitness- wise.

I prefer vidal/strootman.

Khedira was hardly missed in the realmadrid team.

My preference is based on current fitness issues viz a viz price - It has nothing to do with who the better player is.
As a matter of fact, strootman isn't really an upgrade on khedira, if you ask me.

That's because Madrid have long abandoned the combative midfield pivot, hence their purchases of scholesy-clones in modric and kroos. I need not remind you that Alonso ( arguably the best player in the world in his position), couldn't have been dropped last season

Ozil naturally has the advantage of playing from the middle(forget wengers buffonery)

He decided some matches when he was at madrid and the earlier parts of last season.

Forget the fact that ozil tends to get tired easily the guy is a better player overall cmpared to nasri!

The guy had the highest number of assists in europe before his move to arsenal...

He came in good when his team needed him the most...crunch games like the 2_2 draw against borussia dortmund while he was at madrid...he scored a freekick at the very end of the game....

he actually rallied arsenal and raised the team performance with his individual displays in last seasons title challenge before they fizzled out.
