My phantom A+ keeps complaining of insufficient space on the device anytime i want to download from play store. But surprisingly i just got an app store called mobogeine i tried to download from it and it worked without any complaint of insufficient space on the device. I just downloaded GTA vice city of 1gb from it. pls someone should tell me what is happening. why can't i download from play store?

If only there a way to make a sticky note on the first first page so one could just direct them to it, or maybe a sticky thread with solutions to commonly asked questions (readonly of course). Maybe that will help; a lot of these people don't seem to know how to search

if you have filled up storage that is preventing you from installing apps on MTK devices, u need root.

if you are not rooted, uninstall a few of your apps till u can install superuser and a root file browser like root explorer or es file explorer.

find out how to root the device.


use the file explorer to gain access to the / folder.


then delete the MTK logger app in /system/app


Delete all the junk files that are in the following folders:

/data/log_other_mode

/data/lost+found

/data/dalvik-cache


Reboot IMMEDIATELY.

This method works for me. Phone must be rooted, download whatsmore from playstore, read instructions and apply.

Once you download app, instructions lays within. With whatsmore app, a maximum of 5 registered numbers can be used on the same device (5 numbers paid version, 2 numbers free version).

I didnt see any place to click on in order to get the ad banner activation key and it keep force closing... I jus weak for the app
