219 girls?
How many of them had escaped in recent months?
Are we actually sure of the number of girls that got missing in the first place?

You're irredeemably stupid... You just had to drag buhari's name into this? I thought GEJ said it's a faceless sect?

There would've been no need for $1 billion loan had Buhari answered the call to serve his fatherland and negotiated on their behalf three years ago than being selfish.

Is it not human being that negotiated this truce? Why not Buhari?

Remember, he wanted the FG to threat them like Niger Delta militants

Youths in the house say #NO to these old politicians. Am hoping to see a 20 - 30years old person in the House of Rep come 2015 otherwise the youths in Nigeria are total failure. instead of channeling our energy on voting out this old cargos we are here on social media playing to the tunes from the drums of the people we have been hearing their name since we are in our mother womb angry angry shocked shocked

Hmmmmm!!

Just like that? where are the Chibok school girls?

so is Shekau gonna be given the contract for North East border security?

Well, the am happy for 2 good reasons; One is that The Chibok school girls will be freed and 2 for the fact the good People of NorthEast will have ample opportunity to properly out those clowns at Aso Rock come Feb 14th 2015..

I'm only welcomin dis news for the sake of our defenseless and innocent citizens in d affected states. Critics may argue that this deal is geard towards 2015 bt not too long ago the same critics opined and insinuated that d unending insurgency was a ploy by d president 2 reduce the voting population of the north/extending emergency rule in the affected opposition stroonghold states 2 prevent elections holding there.
All i know is that dat d God of peace will crush any satanic interest in Nigeria be it any politician or armed group

My summation is that Nigerian Government should investigate the sponsor of Book Haram, issue a public apology to APC and Buhari and free all the soldiers who have been charged of mutiny.

Ngwakwe:

This is what Gen Buhari would have achieved for his beloved country had he accepted to mediate on Bokoharam behalf in Saudi Arabia when they nominated him.

We have lost unaccountable innocent Nigerians and properties worth billions of dollars including the defence budget wasted in the fight against these monsters, only for the selfish Buhari to borrow money to contest for president of a country he refused to sacrifice a little for its citizens.

Say no to Buhari, he is too selfish.

Well, it does not help the people of Gwoza et al, and it might just give time for Boko to regroup. But on the plus side....looks like the Chibok Girls are coming home...so some silver lining in the cloud.

Hmmm, someone is somewhere directing this gory movie script- Nigerians shouldn't rejoice over this but push further for answers to some crucial questions that I don't want to list out here.

Yes GEJ did, that is what a true patriot does for his country.

President Yar'dua sent him to the creek to get the job done.

The Presidency and PDP will have to answer some questions. Where has it been heard to terrorists enter a ceasefire deal?

this ceasefire agreement can only make sense when
the so-called missing chibok girls are released

the people asking why did they leave it till this time I guess are not familiar with politics

during an upcoming election, all crisis are settled and all strikes are resolved, all unpaid salaries are paid both the one that are in arrears... if I de lie try ask fayemi why him loose ekiti governorship election

For dis calibre of treaty to be signed at dis point in tym, d two parties have assessed each other strength cum weakness. BH has lost a lot of its top ranked leaders nd d ones left are tired of d war. realising d fat dt d Arm Forces of Nigeria are stronger dan dem nd deir sympathizers in d military are being fished out every day. D only option left for dem is to sign dis treaty in order to end d war logically. RIP to all d victims of evil insurgent.

My questios are: why is it thatt just when the botched purchase of arms from S.A the the military starys to gain ground? 2 , why didn't they negotiate with them all this while? Is it because the disguised militants in Boko clothing no longer have access weapons?
