To your third question, yes... cats answer to their name if you train them from a tender age to do so. To the OP's question, if you've got the time, I would advise you to go for a dog, but if time isn't a friend of yours, then get a cat.

Even chameleons and snakes but cats are the best.... do u know y I hate dogs, they pretend a lot and are dirty but for ur questions, we Nigerians don't know that cats like dogs have to be inoculated against some diseases which can affect humans. A healthy cat can't give u tuberculosis, a cat's heartbeat is many times faster than a human ie y people feel they have some respiratory disease. A cat being more intelligent than a dog knows we are all scared of snakes so when they hiss and spit, they mimic snakes
to scare u away cos of their small nature. A cat will only bite or claw u on self defence like I said, it doesn't pretend like a dog dat will keep whinning even when it is right. A cat knows itz rights and will respect u as far as u don't encroach into itz own right. Ask me more about cats.. I've had not less than 13 cats in my life and itz d local breeds but I heard the foreign breeds are amazing but i.e. when am in my own house and bursed up dat I can go for those. I will prefer the localest cat to the most pedigreed foreign dog.

Oh I'm sorry I didn't get the part of the 13 right.I don't like cats but my granny had cats in her lifetime,my dog has killed one of her kitten once b4,she even ate the kitten and left only the head behind.my girlfriend way back too had a lovely cat sheikh,sheikh is not a local cat so I know a thing or two bout cats as well.

Pls I advice u not to ever dare any dog especially when the owner tells u,u cannot cross.pls pls & pls.
I can't bet with you here and let all Nlers be our witness and audience u cannot even dare to come across when you see my dogs,and if u dare it except I try my best to put things in order,u will not leave same way u came in,meanwhile it is only one dog that I will let loose @ a time.as much as my dogs like kids and have good temperament,they read ur heart easily,I have dogs u dare not look in their eyes.and if u do with ur intentions man forget it ohjust my advice sha,we can place a bet on it and let Nlers be our witness incase my dog manhandles you,so I won't be guilty of any offence .remember I said its only one I will loose for u @ a time,if I let 2 or 3 loose I cannot guarantee being able to rescue u witout severe injuries.
