Wow i love this and i av been following this thread for a couple of months now. as a matter of fact i am one of dis who look for ppls trouble especially in sexuality section but dis thread made me av a new perception about dis issue and dats why i av newly registered dis ID.

I must say it isnt easy remaining a Virgin 28. @times i ask myself if im okay sexually? but d urge is there so dat gives me an answer dat im okay. probably because of my upbringing, shyish nature,lessons learnt frm ppls mistakes and God's support dats why i av been able to uphold it.

Anyone who has schooled in a typical nigerian higher institution will agree wth me dat virginity is nothing. I remember back den in sch while studying in night class i see guyz and gals in dark corners doing d thing @ d peak of d night some even do it on concrete gutters i just wonder how useless such ppl could b to d extent dat dey find dia self in such a place. some ppl call it konji however i think its a demonic issue.

while a corper i served in a local govt in southsouth nigeria where its lik d major occupation of d ladies both married and unmarried is
prostitution. infact while i was a church usher i do recieve txt msgs frm dos choir girls. however i just take it as a test frm probably d pastor or frm some quarters to know d kind of church worker they have. but i av dis principle dat keeps me goin and its if i can survive in dat island where i served den i can survive anywhere.

dos who av served as a corper will agree to this fact that it seems dias an immorality that comes upon dem bth guyz and ladies. u see ladies who are engaged or even in a relationship messing dia selves up while in service. infact dat alone made me to loose hope in finding a graduate who can boast of being a virgin. except very very few once among them. and mayb dats d reason for d NCCF and NACC,MCAN thinggy. i believe dia strict rules goez a long way in helping youth corpers in dia way of life while in service.

The advise however is that if u are a virgin @ a marriageable age i think its best u get a spouse who is @ ur level(i.e if u are d spiricoco type look for d same person like u. if u b open eye virgin look for open eye spouse like u) so dat the two of u will learn it together. but in order to achieve this u need God. u can av it as a prayer point wat kind of spouse u want and definitely God answers such prayers. it may tarry however it cant b too late.

for dos who are 16 and above i think u can still make it it all depends on ur mindset and determination. its not hard @all being a virgin just watch d kind of friends u disclose virginity issues to cos most will advice u wrongly. move wth friends who av good moral virtues and dat will help u.

Also d advantage of being a virgin is dat dias dis "trust" issues ur spouse will av on u.
I believe as long as i dont marry a virgin i cant believe it even if she tells me she only had done it once.

d issues is however how to keep being faithfull to ur partner even after marriage. because its been said dat virginity doesnt determine a goid marriage.research has shown dat most virgins after marriage do worst dan dos who wernt virgins in d first place.mayb d curiousity to know how sex will b wth other opposite sex. outside marriage. all in all i think u need God in all u do.

as for me wat i av experienced wth ppls way of life has made me not to b in a haste to b in a relationship except i am fully sure of d virginity status of such person.

for dos who av lost dia virginity, i will say its however not de end of d world. my advise is such dat u shud stop being promiscous and live an upright life. do not b swayed by material pleasures.
