Thanks for the prompt response to my mail....i can provide all others document except the number 7....am applying as an international student i don't know anybody in Korea who can stand as my guarantor or provide reference letter....but i can provide the school my personal bank statement of account to show the school am capable of taking care of myself.

let me know if the school will accept my personal bank statement in said of reference letter.

The reason we requires the local Korean sponsor is, We have to take all of risks and responsibilities of your statues after we help you to get your D4 visa.
And I am sorry, You should submit both the bank statement and a notarized sponsorship letter. Also, the sponsor must be a person who owns the citizenship of Korea.

▪Qualification of Personal Reference
1. Qualification:A Korean who is over 20 years of age, resides in Korea and have financial stability. (One reference per one student only)
2.Period: It should be guaranteed for two years.

Even in my school ...a student disappeared and the korea government will hold the school responsible..
