can anyone confirm if the etv feed tp is active right now? i tracked ses5 4 hours ago and got 79% on 12056 v 29950 but blindscannin didnt bring any of the feeds on 4922a. pld i need confirmation in readiness for tonight's game

@dsleezy, after tracking with 12.015 V 29.950, with 82% signal quality and above, then put 12.710 V 04.430 for etv first service.

yeah@obnelly i would have gone for one of those arabic iptv box that has beinsport,mbc,osn channels on it,if not for the fact it consumes much data.

please when I used this tp 12015 v 29940 I got channels like SABC 1 to 3,cct4,cctv9, Zulu sports and many other scramble channels as well as e.tv which is also scramble and my signal quality is 77% please is dat please call SES 5,if yes hw can I track e.tv feed which is not scramble

@OBENGSOLOMON. Yes you are on SES 5.Peak the signal to 82%-85% and then blindscan between 12700V and 12750V.

@agkilis. Yes you can use an 8m VSAT dish for tracking.All that is needed is to determine the focal point.

ok man,its already has an lnb hook in front of it,but i notice its not prime focus,its an off sat dish,cause the lnb holders are just infront of the dish like 1feet,while the rest of 9feet upward of the dish is empty

Check the size of d picture, u need to resize it if it is more than 4mb

..the channel video quality on astra is manageable! but foggy sub-sahara africa satellite free to air providers are using 3rd class broadcast equipments lol! using VFormat of 1080p/I at 60Hz..on my receiver! some nilesat SDchannels are close to HD!

..using a cut offset lnb on a prime focus dish with attached C band scalar ring can reduce noise and improve signal quality on fringe receptions!

guys i saw another dish its offset dish i measure it and it was 8feet 4inch in wight,the height = 11 feet,its not a solite pan dish its fiber i believe,can i use it to nail nilsat ? in south eastern part of nigeria,it was used for internet service
