Chairman of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Professor Chidi Odinkalu has blamed Nigeria’s woes on past military leaders of the country. Odinkalu said this on Wednesday at the 20th anniversary lecture of a non-governmental organisation, Prisoners’ Rehabilitation Awareness (PRAWA), in Abuja.
